Large living room with 2 beds, bedroom, bathroom with sauna, kitchen with all facilities + washing machine and dryer. Free internet (Netflix) and TV channels. Wine, beer and water can be purchased. Free parking right outside the door. The apartment is at the bottom of a 220 m2 lovely villa, which is located with 180 degrees of water views over the Little Belt

Fantastic quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and cycling routes, surfing, paddle boarding etc. possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor nooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where at least 2 people can easily sleep. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 subboards and an inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one who empties the bottle refills it :-).

Please note that the garden and terrace are fenced in, so your dog and children can be in the garden safely. There are also games and toys for the children in the house. 3 km north of the house, there is a campground with a bakery, a store, and a water park.

The house sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) and has a sauna. The house is bright and friendly and has a nice view to the west. The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!
