The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. Located on the west side of Fanoe, with nearby grocery shopping. 250 m via a path through dunes to the best beach on the island, where the north sea meets Fanoe. Her you can collect amber as well as other beach effects. The house is located on the Lee side of the dunes, where you will find a lot of wild fauna, from deer, ducks rabbits and pheasants just outside the window, don’t be surprised if the look at you through the glass. There are two lakes on the property, which creates joy for all.

Sovepladser: 1 dobbeltseng (138x200) og mulighed for opredning til 1 større barn eller babyseng. Her er alt, hvad du skal bruge for at slappe af og få ro til fordybelse. Dejligt hus, skønt beliggende med 300 meter til fjord, og 400 meter til Vesterhavet. Der er 200 meter til Hvide Sande centrum, hvor der er adskillige butikker, fiskeauktion, fiskerihavn m.m. bager og supermarked. Der skal kun passeres 1 klitrække, før man står med fødderne i strandens hvide sand. Der er 2 soveværelser. En med dobbeltseng, og en med 2 enkelt senge. Dejlig lukket have med god læ for vinden. Hunden kan løbe frit i haven.

Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, billard, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!) dart, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand. Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.
