Vacation rentals with a patio in Annonay

As always, a great place to stay when I visit Valence I 👍 recommend it without hesitation!

Jeanne was very responsive and welcoming, attentive to make us feel good in her studio. Studio? Not only! The small patio with the shaded table and the bench seat in the sun is a real plus. We enjoyed a flexible entry time. I chose the accommodation for its geographical location but if I come back, it will be for the welcome!

Beautiful apartment tastefully decorated, very well equipped close to everything on foot. We spent three wonderful cocooning days there surrounded by all the touches left in the cupboards for our use. Very pleasant and responsive contact. Small accommodation but very nice, and well insulated, which is nice in this summer period.

We stayed with 2 families and had a great time. The garden is very large and very well kept. The pool lit in the evening allows you to fully enjoy it. Many activities nearby: hiking, biking, paddle, nautical base. Proximity to Valencia for strolling and dining or drinking. Bel en droit to discover the Ardeche and the Drome. In short, very good stay and Guillaume, our host was very available.

Josiane was very hospitable and responsive. The house is warm, in a quiet and refurbished environment. Everything is very well equipped, tastefully decorated and little plus for the fireplace and garden to make a barbecue!

Very pleasant stay in a very quiet place. Only frogs have the right to sing at the end of the day. Beautiful walks by the Rhône or in the nearby Massif du Pilat. Very comfortable and very clean accommodation. We've managed to keep it fresh inside. Grégory is a really welcoming person, present while remaining discreet. Beatrice welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. The place is very quiet with parking available. There's also a garage. The garden is very nice. The house is spacious , bright and sunny. The bedding was to our liking. We had a pleasant stay in Cornas.

Beautiful area, free easy access parking, comfortable furniture and beds, laundry, great backyard, the house has real charm, easy drive to surrounding attractions.

Had a wonderful time. Excellent base for outdoor activities. Beautiful walks, adventurous canoe trip, wonderful with the racing bike out on it. The cottage is spacious with a nice complete kitchen. Nice terrace with swimming pool and beautiful spacious view. The only thing we had missed is that the double bed is at a height and was a little too small for me (1.90). The two single beds were a bit longer so no problem. Highly recommended

Having done a lot of Airbnb accommodation, this one has been lovingly renovated, it shows. Everything is superb, and well-equipped. It feels like home.
