Un superbe séjour dans une superbe maison. Toutes les bonnes conditions pour passer un agréable moment et se ressourcer au pied des montagnes et au bord du lac (et y piquer une tête tous les jours évidemment). Une hôte bienveillante et disponible pour assurer dans toutes les situations ! Vivement la prochaine halte savoyarde !

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Haus von Claire, fast eine Woche. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, hochwertige Materialien, alles sehr großzügig (z.B. genügend Kaffee, Spültabs, Seife etc.). Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem großen Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Es stimmt einfach alles und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Claire war sehr angenehm.

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous y allons et c’est toujours aussi top ,tant le logement que les recommandations pour les activités. Une très belle maison avec le confort d’un top niveau et d’une propreté impeccable Proches de la plage,des resto et commerces. Des personnes très réactives et agréables. J’ai qu’une hâte c’est d’y revenir

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans le chalet d’Armelle et Sébastien. Belle décoration, confort, tout l’équipement cuisine nécessaire et une vue incroyable du lac. On traverse la route et nous voilà tout au bord du lac où un chemin piéton/ cycliste nous permet de faire de super promenades .

Un excellent séjour, très belle maison. Le cadre est idyllique ! Très calme et reposant ! Possibilité de se baigner directement au lac.. Super Je recommande

Das Appartement von Damien & Emmanuelle ist wirklich wundervoll in einem mittelalterlichen Gemäuer. Es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Eingang ist sehr originell und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar mit herrlichen Restaurants. Ein echtes Juwel auf Airbnb. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 🙂

An amazing apartment in the middle of town! When the farmers market is happening you walk out right in the middle of it- very cute and quaint! The apartment was very nice and the hosts provided fans which was very necessary because it gets very hot during the summer. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very clean. The only thing is the shower tended to spill water all over the floor, but we were given lots of towels! All in all, I’d def stay here again next time I’m in Annecy!

What could be more French as the accommodation is a modern apartment above a Master Bakers or Patisserie. The location is close to the old Town and the bus route is close by. The parking is important and although there is parking outside the Patisserie it is only 1 and half hours so your host Sibylle has provided another more secure spot located in the adjacent block of flats. Sibylle lives near by and was able to meet us and show us the apartment and again help us with the controls of the new induction oven. The best recommendation was to use the bus and leave the car in private parking and naturally being in France you can collect your newly baked bread from 0.6.30am

Très bel appartement, parfaitement situé au cœur de la vieille ville. Idéal pendant le Festival du film d'animation. Sandrine est professionnelle et à l'écoute.

Nathalie’s apartment is a real gem! Perfect location in the heart of Annecy. The place looks just like the photos (if anything it is nicer) and it is beautifully decorated. Nathalie was great at providing helpful info before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Johan gave us very clear instructions on how to enter the building and gave us in depth recommendations for places to eat and visit. The apartment is perfectly situated for all the wonderful amenities and places to visit, with stunning views of the old town and lake beyond. The apartment was spotless and well fitted out with everything we needed. We had a fabulous visit and would thoroughly recommend to anyone fit and able to climb the spiral stairs, it’s worth it!! Thank you Johan for making our visit perfect.

J’ai séjourné trois mois dans cet appartement dans le cadre de mon travail. Idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre-ville et du lac, et proche de toutes les commodités. Très facile d’accès en voiture. Eliott, mon interlocuteur, a été très réactif suite à une petite panne électrique et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement !

Michelle propose un logement très agréable à vivre, proche de la plage dans un quartier très calme. Le logement est bine décrit, petit mais bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Par beau temps, il faut profiter de la terrasse dmet du jardin bien ensoleillés. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Saint-Jorioz et, bien que nous n'ayons passé rencontré nos hôtes, la communication à été claire et très cordiale. Michelle a proposé des jeux pour les enfants, des vélos pour les ballades et est très à l'écoute de ses locataires. Annecy est magnifique mais également tous les petits villages autour du lac. Nous conseillons particulièrement la plage/piscine de Saint Jorioz, accessible à pied!

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. We will definitely recommend her house to friends and will look forward to returning to her home in the future. Thanks!

Logement chaleureux et cosy. Malheureusement nous n'avons pu profiter de la terrasse en raison de la météo mais elle doit être très agréable. Hôte fort sympathique. Nous pensons revenir. Merci

Comme la dernière fois.. Top.. Le café du matin face au lac, et l'apéro juste le pied.. Tellement agréable.. La pkageca côté, les enfants y allaient qd ils en avaient envie.. Henri très sympathique, Françoise et Christelle aussi 😁 On reviendra évidemment..

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein älteres Bauernhaus mit Charme und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, Wenn wir einen Punkt hervorheben müssten, der uns besonders gefallen hat, wäre es der sehr schöne und weitläufige Garten, von dem man einen tollen Blick auf den See hat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dort auf der Terrasse ein schattiges Plätzchen finden zu können und uns ab und zu im nah gelegenen See abzukühlen. Mathieu war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war er stets erreichbar; um ein kleineres Problem mit dem Kühlschrank hat er sich sofort gekümmert und es beheben lassen. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über den netten Willkommensgruss. Auch die Rückgabe war völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, denn auch die Gegend ist toll, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu sportl. Aktivitäten. Die Unterkunft von Mathieu würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Hôte d'exception dans un lieu d'exception, la maison de Gérard est spacieuse, bien agencée et décorée avec soin. L'environnement est exceptionnel, cette partie du lac est vraiment magnifique. Rien à redire,c'est à refaire et je conseille !

Imaginez la maison de vacances parfaite au bord d’un lac : Un lieu qui procure immédiatement un sentiment de bien-être – aménagé avec amour, une touche de légèreté méditerranéenne et des détails chaleureux qui parlent d’hospitalité. L’équipement ne laisse aucun souhait inassouvi, allant de petits instants de luxe à tout ce dont une famille peut avoir besoin. Nos enfants ont eu d’innombrables possibilités de jouer dans le jardin et au bord de l’eau – l’ennui n’existait pas ici. Le soir, assis sur la terrasse, regarder le soleil se coucher sur le lac pendant qu’un rire discret résonne quelque part – nous avons rarement respiré aussi profondément qu’ici. Ce furent nos plus belles vacances. Un endroit où l’on a envie de revenir.
