Vacation rentals with a patio in Annecy-le-Vieux

Accommodation is very pleasant environment, very welcoming and friendly hosts. We had a great time in Avignon!

Super well-equipped home in a stunning location. Both we and our children loved it - particularly the 2 (nearly 3) year old, who had a fabulous time with the indoor and outdoor toys. The chiringuito bar by the lakefront was a lovely place to relax in the early evening, and we also hired bikes from Nomad in Angon (approx 25min walk away) to cycle round the beautiful lake, which was fabulous. We hope to return next year for longer, as there is so much to see and do.

Very good stay, the host was very responsive when we needed! The first beach is a 5 minute walk away. The place is peaceful. I would recommned this property.

Very nice apartment with great amenities in the heart of Aix-les-Bains. Pedestrian zone and main shopping street within 2 minutes walking distance. Alexandre was a very nice host and always responded very quickly. Arrival and departure were quite easy. Many delicious restaurants in the immediate vicinity within walking distance. Large parking lot just across the street. You can save a lot of parking fees if you register and take out a subscription. We will be happy to come back sometime.

Catherine and her husband were perfect hosts. Kind, attentive and generous. The apartment was absolutely spotless and clean with good quality fixtures and fittings, coffee maker etc. The views of the mountains front and back were beautiful. The BBQ area was well thought out with a covered area for cooler evenings.

Thank you to all the team at the Savoyard barn who received us in the best conditions! The accommodation is at least as beautiful as shown in the photos, large enough to accommodate 4 people, and was also very clean upon arrival. We also really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast offered, both for their quality and by the quantities offered! We won't hesitate to return 😊

super long in the heart of knowledge. lake Aiguebellette not far away and that of Le Bourget too. village 10 min away with bakery open on Sundays ❤️❤️ the heated pool the kids had a blast and so did the adults. courtyard next door. really exotic. Claire was welcoming and understandable and accommodating. We recommend eyes closed. Thank you.

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time! The apartment, tastefully decorated, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

We had a great weekend with friends for a bachelorette party in Annecy! The accommodation is very well located and perfectly suitable for a group of 8 people: spacious, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to stay in. It went very well from start to finish. Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared for our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes including a tandem are available and useful for visiting the surrounding area. Thanks both of you!

This was a spontaneous decision for our family to take a last-minute holiday, as parents with 3 kids we wanted to experience a proper winter with snow. Nicolas was very quick to respond and he and his wife prepared the house for us in a short amount of time. We were grateful for their promptness and efficiency. The house was equipped with everything a family could need, and our three children (ages 2, 13, and 10) were delighted to find toys to play with. The location was beautiful, with a breathtaking view. We value a good night's sleep, and we were pleased to find that the beds and duvets were comfortable and cosy. Highly recommended.

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

Annecy, France - April 14-21, 2025 (7 nights) Excellent location! Right in the heart of downtown, across from Centre Commercial Courier with a large Monoprix—perfect for everyday essentials. Walkable to the lake, old town, and all of Annecy’s main attractions, with the train and bus stations just steps away. The apartment is modern, spotless, and well-organized. The spacious bedroom has a super comfortable mattress with cotton bedding and towels. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, ideal for cooking. The bathroom has great water pressure and a separate toilet for added convenience. The bright, roomy living area and mudroom-style entry add extra comfort. A large balcony overlooks the lively Italian Trattoria—great for people-watching and delicious food! Delphine is a kind, attentive host. We were welcomed by Edwidge who gave us a warm welcome and excellent local tips. Don’t miss Le Freti for amazing Savoyard cuisine. We highly recommend this AirBnB—we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time at Julien's! The welcome was warm, the atmosphere friendly and the place perfectly maintained. Everything was thought out to make our stay pleasant and carefree. Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
