Our stay at Riad Modjakech was simply unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Marco, in a serene and friendly atmosphere. The riad is a real gem, combining the charm of traditional Moroccan architecture with modern comforts. Each room is tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere that emerges invites you to relax. Everything was sparkling clean (thanks also to the vacuum cleaner king ;-) The location is ideal: quiet alley, just minutes from the bustle of the medina. After our days of discovery, we liked to relax on the terrace and its pool. A huge thank you to Mohamed and Fatima, who were simply exceptional. Mohamed was able to advise us accurately on the activities, and Fatima… what a cook! You don't want to miss the tajine. We'll be back for sure

Everything about the riad was as described and lovely. It’s a short walk to the markets and shops. We had breakfast and dinner made by Mariam a few times and she was an absolute gem! The AC Works great and while there was 3 of us there, we never ran out of hot water. The bedrooms are a great size, especially the 2 on the second floor with a lot of room to spread out. The host arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and brought to the riad, which was so helpful. I think we would have gotten lost without that! He also arranged a car for us to get to the airport very early in the morning- again, VERY helpful. Colle was very responsive and even shared a list of recommendations upon check in.

We stayed her for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. It was absolutely beautiful. A little oasis of tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff went over and above to look after us and the breakfast was amazing.

The house is amazing. Had a small challenge, but I think was an exception. Very good people.

Amazing house in the middle of the medina, a real gem, perfect home for 2 people, close to everything and still very quiet. Loved that they left us oranges in the fridge to make our own juice. It ended up being the best orange juice we had during our trip!

Words cannot describe the experience we had in Marrakech that was much in part thanks to Dan and the lovely Lamia. Apart from this Riad truly being a beautiful unique find so nicely placed for the night time buzz of Morocco, we had facilities, taxis, outings and even mistakes (late to the taxi!) being addressed and taken care of by Dana md Lamia. We truly couldn’t hope for more and if I were return to Marrakech it’s tough to imagine going anywhere else. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Our stay was fantastic! Ali was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the reservation process, making everything seamless. The property was clean, quiet, and perfectly located close to the city center, which made getting around very convenient. During our stay, Ali’s dad went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, always checking in and being available if we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Sakina, place was clean and in a really great location. Apartment much better than expected. stayed with a friend. Sakina was friendly meet us on arrival and departure. Sakina was kind to keep out bags for us while we explored for the day due to getting the night train. would recommend and thank you for having us!

Apartment matches the photos and description. The only problem is a little complicated to park on the street. Other than that everything was ok.

We had a great time with the family in this apartment. It was very clean and well maintained, which immediately put us at ease. The pool was also perfect, ideal for relaxing and enjoying our vacation. A pleasant setting that allowed us to really rest. Thanks for a great experience!

Apartment, in a residence located about twenty minutes by car from Marrakech. Secure residence, with pool and green spaces. The apartment is large, with a roof terrace, good bedding (pots and pans may need to be replaced). We didn't meet Anis but Souad who was very welcoming, available and adorable. We are delighted with our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

We had a PERFECT stay in Marrakech! This Airbnb was ideal for our group of 4 friends, located not far from good restaurants, a short walk from the Menara Mall (shopping mall), all in a quiet and private residence with a pool available. The hosts were always very responsive to our messages and questions, we were able to benefit from taxi transfers directly through them. They were attentive and flexible about our different departure and arrival times. A very big thank you to Moussa, who was warm, caring and available when we needed it. I would highly recommend booking with Prestige Stay, and I will definitely come back! Thank you again!

The apartment is functional and well equipped with all the basic amenities in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The residence is supervised, communication with Ilham is easy. This apartment is a great value for money, quiet, in the Gueliz district and close to the medina and the Majorelle garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Soufiane's apartment. The accommodation was beautiful, impeccably clean, very comfortable and generously equipped, with attention to every detail. The welcome from his mother was very warm. A huge thank you to her for the delicious gazelle horns and all the thoughtful touches that deeply touched us. This rental perfectly reflects the generous, caring and respectful spirit of Soufiane and his family. A big thank you to them for this pleasant break, full of kindness and hospitality.
