We are renting a room, on the upper floor of my apartment, which is located in a central location and has a terrace with a magnificent city view. The kitchen, living room and terrace are common areas. One of the rooms has a single bed, wardrobe, bookcase and a desk, where you can easily place your belongings. In the morning, have breakfast outdoors with a magnificent terrace view, spend pleasant time on the swings, and enjoy tea against the sunrise or sunset.

It is centrally located in our house. Breakfast and food are always available. lounge bathroom and toilet is our communal area. We have 2 separate rooms available. Price and reservation are for a single room. And our room is for one person. We live in the house with my family. The person is available to help in the house if you need anything. 🙏

Cozy room @ Tunalı/Kavaklıdere

It is a single room in a 2+1 apartment at the heart of the city but in a peaceful neighbourhood where you can relax and feel the comfort just in a beautiful and cozy semi-wooden home.
