And for convenience, we offer rental of our model speedboat Real 36.5 (year 2024) together with the house, in case of interest! This point is very difficult to find in the present day!

The back rooms overlook Biscaia Beach, as does the barbecue area. There are 3 en-suites and 2 shared bathrooms. Equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all rooms. On the balcony, next to the house, there is a view of the sea in front and behind.
