Spacious, cozy garden apartment with fantastic views of the Salzburg Untersberg. The bright, friendly apartment is on the first floor with a Mediterranean terrace that immediately awakens vacation feelings. In the beautiful, large garden, a stream flows directly past the property, which invites you to cool off. In the bedroom is a large double bed. 1 sofa bed is located in the living room if more than 2 guests are staying. The bathroom has a rain shower. The kitchen is new and fully equipped.

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

The house is in a quiet and green area ,with garden. The bus nr. 5 is 4 min walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min).Parking on the street is free.Easy you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.Berchtesgaden is nearby.

It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of Music" was shot here... bathroom, kitchen high quality and new, amenities cozy and traditional. Suitable for families with children or a family with grandparents. Note: 2 beds are cribs (185 x 855), one bedroom is a passageway. Chickens, sheep, cats, bullerbü on the mountains!

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
