It is 800 m from the beach of St Jean des Sand, 3 Km Chatelaillon beach, 10 km from La Rochelle. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of the national road, the garden may seem noisy but the interior is perfectly soundproofed. No pets are accepted by our friends

The lodging consists of a living room with fitted kitchen, coffee machine (TASSIMO), new bedding and bathroom with washing machine. Private parking in front, behind, private terrace The lodging is equipped with a heat pump (air conditioning/heating). Towels and bed sheets are provided.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
