'The Nest' near Arundel

Wake up in the beautiful South Downs National Park, with a wonderful view from every window. The Nest is a self-contained, well-equipped apartment on two levels, adjoining the main house, with its own entrance. It looks onto a shared garden and shared pool (summer only). Arundel, with its castle and cathedral, is a 45 min walk away. Access to the many South Downs footpaths is a 5 min walk away. By car, you're 5 mins from Arundel, 15 mins from the sea and 20 mins from Goodwood or Chichester.

Flint Cottage – 3 mins to beach

🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Stunning and spacious period cottage with outstanding views. Beautifully furnished and decorated with a kitchen that chefs will love. We live overseas and love to share our cottage with visitors from all around the world. The location is only a short walk into the centre of Arundel or you can step out into the countryside. A light stylish apartment in a listed building with an outdoor terrace and views over the town. It is situated on the main High Street directly across the road from Arundel Castle. The location is central a step away from restaurants cafes, bars, bistros, lido and beautiful walks. The accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. THERE ARE JUST OVER 2 OUTSIDE STAIRCASES SO THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL- SPORRY.

Petit Palm is very popular and receives great reviews from guests. It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.

The Bowery: dog-friendly, quiet, close to village

Our dog-friendly, Grade-2 listed cottage welcomes families. It has off-street parking with an EV charging point. The large, pretty garden has a BBQ and games. It’s just 400m to Storrington’s shops, pubs and restaurants but you’ll only hear church bells and birdsong. The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.
