We provide bedlinen, towels, toiletries and a welcome pack of beverages, milk, biscuits, bread, butter and jam. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

The house has 5 bedrooms with just 1 bed in each, no sofa beds! All bedrooms have TVs. There is a downstairs bedroom. There is a lounge with 55" 4k TV with Sky/BT sports channels. Superfast wifi. Modern kitchen with cooking and washing facilities. There are two bathrooms. Outside there is a seating area.

My wife and I live around the corner from the property and make sure that everything you require is always there.
