Bungalow surrounded by the greenery of the Salento countryside, just 5 km from the sea, is part of Casale Eliàdos. Eliàdos consists of a main building and 4 independent bungalows nearby. Everything was built respecting bio-architecture. In addition to the bungalow, there are common areas including a swimming pool, oven, barbecue, outdoor spaces and much more. The estate of one hectare of olive trees is located between the villages of the Salento hinterland, 5 km from Castro and a few km from Otranto, Leuca and Pescoluse.

This villa offers a breathtaking panorama. The house is located in an exceptionally picturesque location on a small plateau about a kilometre from the sea in Marina di Andrano. The accommodation was decorated with careful attention to detail and is very neat and tidy. Stone tubs, the restored antique bed, woven straw baskets, evoke the rural, rustic life and craftsmanship of the Salento region. The old wrought-iron bell for calling the family to the table is also a particularly charming feature.

Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Access it via a private staircase and enjoy a separate entrance and reserved spaces. Outdoor shower with hot water, linen. Pets not allowed.
