You wake up and already have your foot in the sand, with the calm sea less than 2m away, it is a delight even on rainy days. The house, besides being beautiful, is super cozy, airy and well lit, Francisco and the staff who work in the condominium were very helpful and kind, and always responded quickly. If you're looking for a few nice, quiet days, I highly recommend it. Ps: I went with my dog and the space is amazing for those who have pets. The garden is quite spacious.

I was at the house with my husband and my parents and we loved the experience! The house is in a region of a lot of nature and silence. It matches the images in the listing very well. The landlords are very helpful. Safe, cozy and seemingly new place! We love and we will return for sure.

Luiz was extremely helpful and kind, received us super well, responded quickly, gave incredible tips and presented the house. The atmosphere is beautiful, airy, full of character and history. A Vista can't even be talked about, it's a spectacle apart, beauty everywhere. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and super comfortable room. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon!

Finca Totoro is jaw dropping!! The pictures show everything but once you pull in, your eyes will pop and youll find yourself saying “oh my god!” Its stunning. Gorgeous layout, gorgeous views, private pool, private jacuzzi, hiking trails, absolutely amazing. I cannot say it enough, this place is a perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, music, your loved one, its super special. The pictures on airbnb do not do Finca Totoro justice. Its remarkable.

I had a wonderful weekend at Sítio Sonho Meu! The place is simply enchanting, surrounded by mountains, with a breathtaking view. The house has beautiful architecture, a very cozy atmosphere and is ideal for resting and enjoying nature. The place is super well maintained, everything is very clean and organized. One of the most special moments was cooking with a wonderful view — a unique and pleasurable experience! The house has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, which makes all the difference. The ranch's main attractions are the lake, the animals, the soccer field, the vegetable garden, the playground, and the cows and horses that roam the surroundings, bringing even more charm and tranquility to the place. It's a great place for those looking to connect with family, enjoy nature and forget the hustle and bustle of the city. The host, Janaína, was extremely helpful and attentive. Thank you!!

Everything was well organized, I had an unforeseen event with a power outage and Priscila responded quickly, in a few minutes the caretaker solved it. Very nice atmosphere.

This is an amazing stay in Buzios. You feel like you are in the trees. The house has everything you need and the hosts help with daily recommendations on what to each day. There is so much to do in Buzios, it’s so safe and welcoming.

The ambience was unforgettable really felt like I was in a jungle and all the toys and gadgets worked in good condition. 10/10

Jims property is like no other, a complete disconnect from everyday life, beautifully maintained, incredible grounds, lots of animals, very bright clean and charming. Perfect if you’re looking for a place to get your day full of activities started. No need for an alarm clock the roosters will take care of that for you. The staff was very helpful and attentive would def be back! Thank you!! Pura vida!

What a fun way to enjoy Costa Rica! View was incredible. Loved the hammock. Domo was sweet & cozy. Outdoor kitchen & shower was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Little restaurant right down the street. We were only there for one quick night. Didn't use any of the communal space, but the pool & hammocks were beautiful.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The host and property manager, Tony, were both very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place! Perfect location, only a few minutes from the beach, grocery store and restaurants.

The contact with Jeane from the beginning was very fluid, always passing on a lot of information before the trip and on the day of check-in. The reception was wonderful, the cottage is amazing and perfect for those looking for quiet in the midst of hectic days. Chalet with all comforts and equipped for good days of rest. The surroundings are so relaxing that you even forget that the days pass, the landscape of the room is lush. While we are totally immersed in nature, the cottage has all the technology available to meet all your needs, I worked with my husband for 2 days of home office and the internet served us super well. We left wanting to come back, and we will definitely come back. Thank you Jeane for the excellent reception and for giving us such an incredible impression of the South.

The accommodation is outstanding! I simply fell in love with the cottage and the whole environment. Everything is very beautiful, cozy and organized. The Wi-Fi was slow, but I like this more offline idea. We will definitely return more often!

If you want a different, quiet and welcoming place. You found it! A very nice experience of being on the Bus. In addition to being decorated as it should be - simple and conceptual - it has the option of the campfire and games, which is an incredible pastime in this proposal to disconnect. I booked this Airbnb as a gift for my parents. They simply loved everything, the location, the house, the landscape, the view, the sound of the waterfall and even the ease of communication with the host. I loved following everything through the photos they sent me and I will soon book to visit it too.

A beautiful place, perfect to rest and get out of the routine, the service was excellent, the directions to the farm were clear and the breakfast was delicious. Totally recommended and possibly in the future we will return.

We will definitely come back! The place is beautiful, super neat, the view is wonderful. Juliano was extremely attentive and careful, we were greeted with treats and a plaque with our name! Communication was quick and easy! Juliano gave us some tips, great restaurants on the beach of the fort. It's easy to walk to the beach, which is super quiet and very beautiful! 20 minutes from downtown Florianópolis and less than 5 minutes by car to Jurerê! What delighted us was the view, the calmness of the place, everything was very clean and organized! The bathtub is great, after a day at the beach! If you like quieter beaches, without loud music, the beach at the fort surprised us! Thanks Juliano!

I read in a review that the listing photos didn't show how wonderful the cottage was, and when I got there I was really pleasantly surprised, the place is beautiful, it looks like it came straight out of a movie. Everything is clean, full kitchen, he provides a bathrobe, slippers, winter robe, first aid kit (I thought it was very good, because it shows care). The property itself is wonderful, it has waterfalls, a rest room, an excellent beach tennis court, a perfect barrel-shaped sauna. The chalet also has a barbecue and a place to make a fire. The cottage is complete, super comfortable, every corner was planned very carefully. Our 2-night stay was perfect. Flavio, the host, was very responsive and attentive. I highly recommend it!! I hope to come back more often.
