Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Andes

Keurig nette woning. Heel groot. Ik vond de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding echt goed. We zaten heel dichtbij de ingang van het park we hadden een vroege tour en we hoefden dus niet heel vroeg van huis omdat we maar een klein stukje naar het park hoefden te rijden. Ik raad wel een 4*4 auto aan. Wij hadden 2*4 en hebben een 4*4 gemist. Monteverde zelf is een erg leuk dorpje. Beetje toeristisch maar na veel andere helemaal niet toeristische plekken gezien te hebben in Costa Rica vond ik dat juist wel even fijn. Huis was groot en heeft een opvallend mooie lichtinval overdag. We waren zeer tevreden. Ook fijn was de was service die er geboden werd. We hoefden daardoor niet helemaal naar het dorp met de was. Er zit een goede, grote oven in het appartement en een goed gasfornuis dus je kan goed zelf in het huis koken.

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! This house is tucked in the jungle with loads of wildlife all around. There are other houses on the property, but they have preserved the gardens and jungle in such a fabulous way that you can’t even see any of the other houses. Felt super private. The plunge pool was absolutely delightful after we returned to the house. There are so many things close by, we especially love La Leyenda pizza restaurant. Which is just a short ride down the street in Playa Chiquita. Tine got back to me very quickly after each text I sent her. We will definitely stay here again!

Saímos da Quinta extremamente maravilhados! Foi uma estadia de 1 semana e posso dizer com toda certeza, 1 semana de muita paz! O local é extremamente aconchegante, limpo, bonito e de uma vibe incrível, sem contar a extrema hospitalidade que a Cristina nos deu. Minha dica para os próximos hóspedes é: conversem mais com a Cristina além do check-in ou check-out, vão sentir toda a hospitalidade que eu e minha esposa sentimos, além de recebe muitas dicas do que fazer na ilha. Sem sombra de dúvidas iremos repetir a estadia em nossas próximas férias. INCRÍVEL 🙏🏽🍀♥️

Highly recommend this place to stay in Monteverde! The host was super welcoming when we arrived and was kind throughout. The place is as described with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. To note, having a car or using taxi’s is most likely needed to stay here. There wasn’t really any restaurants or places to walk to without driving into the main township.

Our adult family of four stayed in both the mango house and the jungle house. Both of these places are fabulous- beautiful jungle surroundings, areas to hang out and observe the beauty, all kinds of fruit to try, an on-site restaurant (try the jackfruit stew!), comfortable beds. The fact that this area has been mindfully reforested was what attracted us to this stay but the experience overall was amazing. We highly recommend!

This was such a beautiful stay...I only wish I’d booked a few extra nights to really soak it in. After the beach portion of my trip, this peaceful sanctuary felt like the perfect landing. Kris and Marie were warm and proactive in their communication, helping me feel safe and welcomed long before I arrived. The space is a serene earthen home. CLEAN, with natural finishes and quality minimal decor. The garden and views were everything I’d hoped for - especially the hummingbirds flitting about and lizards sunbathing after the rain. :) I’d never stayed at an Airbnb that included breakfast, and not only were the meals vibrant and nourishing, Kris and Marie went out of their way to accommodate my tight schedule. It’s the reason I was able to be fed in the morning both days! Thank you for keeping the Dhamma alight, Kris & Marie! ☸️

Ficamos satisfeitos minha esposa e eu o dormitório em que ficamos tem uma vista maravilhosa da lagoa com vistas para montanha, vista da criação do nosso amoroso Deus são para nosso deleite. Indico esta pousada ótimo atendimento funcionários atenciosos. Muito bom

Olga is absolutely lovely and amazing! The property is stunning and very well staffed. Olga gave us an extremely warm welcome and lined up transportation and activities for us. Our son had a stomach virus while we were there. She and her staff were BEYOND kind, helpful and accommodating. Olga has created a wonderful environment of community with her staff and guests. We cannot say enough good things! She also coordinated a boat tour to the Rosario Islands that was awesome! We would absolutely stay with Olga again, and you should as well!

Excelente decisión habernos quedado con Fabiola, demasiado amable y preocupada por nosotros, la habitación hermosa y bien distribuida con calefacción en todo momento, teníamos hasta te y café disponible para consumir y adicionalmente nos dejaba un desayuno todo los días! Se vuelvo a puerto natales de seguro regreso con aquí.

Olhá foi uma estádia incrível. Essa foi nossa primeira viagem com acesso a carro. Daí pudemos nos dar ao luxo de ficar em um lugar mais afastado. E escolhemos bem. Os vizinhos que fazem barulho são passarinhos que não calam o bico, mas não ligamos nem um pouco. Sobre o chalé, ele foi muito mais espaçoso do que eu pensava. Banheiro muito bom. Tivemos uns contratempos com a banheira, mas o suporte do casal de host fez toda diferença pra isso não refletir na nota E o café da manhã, meu que café da manhã gostoso. Acordei triste hoje quando lembrei q não teria aquele café. Tudo feito com carinho e cuidado. E enfim, super valeu a pena, os problemas que tivemos foram prontamente resolvidos pelos hosts, e com toda certeza, voltaremos outras vezes. Para construir ainda mais memórias gostosas como essa.

This place is worth every penny, you get treated like kings and the service is spotless, i higly recommend this place !! The owners are really nice 😊 the beds are comfy and the room and little private pool and backyard area is soooo nice and relaxing

O espaço é lindo, aconchegante e muito funcional. A Vera pensou em tudo! O chalé é muito completo e você pode preparar sua refeição com tranquilidade. O cuidado é tanto por parte dela que já tem sal, açúcar, pó de café, temperos … coisas que geralmente esquecemos de levar rsrs. Tem todos os utensílios de cozinha. A cama é maravilhosa , tem bastante cobertor e são tão bons que usei só um rsrs. A vista é linda , um lugar tranquilo. Eu amei! Vera sempre muito antenciosa e prestativa! Recomendo demais e sem dúvidas vou voltar!

Passamos um feriadão incrível na Cabana Araucária. Aconchegante, confortável e limpa, além de ter uma vista maravilhosa. Recomendamos à todos e não vemos a hora de voltar.

Frana Lodge is a beautiful place, a real authentic hidden gem. The hike to the lodge is a little challenging with your bags, but well worth it! Crossing through the stream is actually refreshing on a hot day and adds to the whole experience of the location. Once you arrive, you can relax in the hammocks, greet the pets, and have a cold beer or a very tasty icy fresh fruit drink. The lodge itself is perfectly clean, offers spectacular views, lots of local trails, and it’s walking distance to Tayrona National Park. Franz took a lot of extra time talking to us about things to do on our short 3 night stay, offering suggestions including a really great local cocoa tour. He also arranged onsite massages. They offer breakfast & delicious dinners for a small fee. The food is 100% fresh and homemade. Lunch is not offered, but you can eat lunch when you’re out during the day nearby. It’s the perfect place to relax & get away. Thank you, Franz & staff.

Tivemos uma experiência incrível na acomodação. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela família, nos sentimos muito à vontade. Minha filha até fez novos amigos!! Espaço impecavelmente limpo, organizado, decorado e confortável. O contato com a natureza é um diferencial nessa hospedagem. Tivemos o privilégio de um pôr do sol magnífico na propriedade… além do amanhecer com inúmeros pássaros cantando. É um local tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Com certeza voltaremos!!

I spent my last week in Salvador here and it was a great decision. Rebecca, Mauro and Nataly are fantastic hosts and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable. They are such warm people and the house radiates this same energy. The breakfasts were incredible - an abundant and healthy spread was prepared each morning on the verandah overlooking a bush of bougainvillea and the bay. If you are a sucker for detail and beautiful experiences then this is one you don’t want to miss out on. The view of the bay was spectacular at all hours of the day, and let’s not forget the bathtub to take it all in from. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom air conditioned. A stunning home for a memorable experience. Thank you so much xx

Nossa estadia de apenas duas noite foi muito tranquila e merecia muito mais. Ambiente é maravilhoso, muito cuidado com os detalhes é sem dúvidas o que procurávamos. Um momento de paz, tranquilidade e conexão com a natureza. Pontos extras para a qualidade da cama e dos materias, o café da manhã foi uma agradável surpresa e a vista é impressionante.
