Vacation rentals with a balcony in Andes

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

Este é o meu lugar favorito sempre que estou na cidade — já me hospedei aqui várias vezes e nunca me decepciona. O espaço é sempre limpo, confortável e exatamente como descrito. O anfitrião é atencioso e acolhedor, o que torna cada estadia muito tranquila. Eu simplesmente adoro este lugar e com certeza continuarei voltando. Obrigado Fernanda!

Der Empfang war immer besetzt und die Menschen dort freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Aussicht im 8.Stock ist weit und frei . Für die Küchenausstattung wünsche ich mir für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt eine Salatschüssel und eine Küchenreibe,ein kleines Messer und etwas um Messer zu schärfen. Es gab zum schnellen Gebrauch eine Microwelle und ansonsten ist die Küche mit Elektrogeräten gut ausgestattet,sogar mit einem Mixer.Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.Ich hatte eine gute Zeit .Mit Brian und Pablo gab es immer gute Kommunikation mit sehr gepflegtem Umgangston.Ich komme gern wieder.

Super recomendable, hermoso, trabquilo cerca de todo. Marcela conocedora, y siempre brindando lo mejor, flexible, todo xa mantener limpio el espacio. Agua, Café, té, toallas hasta Shampoo y Jabón. Volveremos!

Ótima estadia, portaria do prédio excelente, estive hospedado em fevereiro, e voltei, me sinto em casa, tudo muito bom, mercado e restaurantes próximos, esta vez levei até minha mãe com 82 anos, já passei para toda minha família, para que também se hospedem. Perdendo voltar

Great location, very quiet, and close to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. Seamless check in and out. Soledad was very responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay in Diego’ s apartment. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We also had a great meal at a restaurant under Diego’s recommendation! Besides, the apartment was very close to the meeting point of the tour we attended for visiting Guatape. A super convenient place!

Such a beautiful place. It’s hard to find and the road is a bit challenging - definitely need a 4x4, but our little Suzuki rental did fine. The home is amazing, the concierge service was really friendly and efficient, the jungle location was beautiful, and the pool and patio were just the icing on the cake. It felt like a private oasis in the jungle, but just up the road from Manuel Antonio town and not far from the beaches. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

We had the best time staying in Santa Teresa! The town was easily accessible from Mike’s place by ATV. Mike was very responsive, the home was very beautiful and in the jungle! We saw Monkeys outside of the bathroom windows multiple days!

Paula + Jeronimo we’re consummate hosts. Exceeded my expectations and ensured we had all the help we needed to feel comfortable and well accommodated. They were both so kind and checked in to make sure we were acclimating well to offer help and recommendations which was appreciated. The house itself is stunning - a wonderful place to stay in the vibrant area of Soho Palermo.

This is a lovely house located in a private estate in the countryside in Chile. Michelle is a super helpful host and you can tell she wants you to have a wonderful time in Chile - she's quick to make helpful suggestions about things you can do locally or in Santiago. The house itself is decorated wonderfully, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all the amenities you may need.

This is a really great place. The apartment has a lot of light since it’s in the corner and it’s bigger than others in the area. The location is really amazing as well. The view of the pool is really nice. Just keep in mind you won’t be able to bring guests unless you register them in advance.

David's place was absolutely amazing. The inside was so clean better than any hotel. Everything was so comfortable very well decorated. I love the views from the window. The most amazing thing is the only thing between the home and the beach is the pool in between. It was a lot closer than anybody has described on his previous descriptions. If you're looking for a place, that's close by the beach and walking distance from everywhere and a nice place to stay David's place is the best.

O apartamento é impecável – limpo, bem decorado, confortável e com tudo o que é necessário para se sentir em casa. A localização é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade, e o bairro é tranquilo e encantador. Cada detalhe do espaço mostra o cuidado e o carinho da Mirza em receber bem. Foi uma estadia acolhedora e tranquila, onde me senti seguro e muito bem-vindo. Sou muito grato pela hospitalidade e, sem dúvida, voltaria a me hospedar com ela em uma próxima visita a Santiago. Recomendo de coração!

Dit fijne appartement op de 7e verdieping is erg rustig gelegen. Geen overburen of geluidsoverlast en dichtbij het zwembad op de 8e verdieping. Heerlijk om daar uit te rusten na een dagje in de drukke stad. Dichtbij het park en de horeca gelegenheden in. Lucas is goed bereikbaar als host en er is altijd een concierge aanwezig in het appartementencomplex. Aanrader!

Desde el primer contacto con Mirza siempre respondió rápidamente pudimos ingresar un rato antes ya que llegamos mas temprano y nos adelanto el ckeck in,el departamento pequeño pero bien para una pareja,no tuvimos la necesidad de comer ni desayunar en el departamento ya que hay muchos cafés por la zona muy buenos y excelentes lugares para almorzar y cenar,la relación precio/calidad muy buena,la zona muy tranquila y tener el metro a 2 cuadras nos facilito el traslado incluso desde el Aeropuerto,gracias x todo Mirza hermoso Providencia !!!
