The house is lovingly designed, you can tell that she lived here herself. Everything is decorated in white, we felt right at home. The location is fantastic, the beach, bars and restaurants are around the corner and also a supermarket is two minutes away. We will be happy to come back sometime. Pearl is always quickly accessible and is always helpful.

Our stay was a very good one. David was great at communication and kept us informed. The area is incredibly private so a car is a must but the villa is great for sunbathing. The lounge and kitchen is very spacious. Lots of cool lighting has been installed in the rooms. It looks very modern!

We had a lovely stay at Jasmine cottage! The surroundings are stunning, the pool is lovely and we had everything we needed. Mark was super responsive, gave lots of recommendations and was very quick to get to us and fix the hob when we told him the gas had ran out one morning. It’s in a great location to explore lots of the surrounding towns, including Granada. We’d happily stay again.

A beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting! Enjoy the view from the pool every day. Anything you need is present. Robert was a very friendly host who responded quickly. The route to the cottage is challenging, but it's totally worth it :)

Francisco accompanied us to the accommodation on the day of arrival. The way to the accommodation is unusual at first, but you quickly get used to it. It's not a bad idea to rent an off-road car or SUV incl. Underbody protection in full coverage form, as the small remaining part of the road is unpaved and rocky. We had a Ford Kuga with front-wheel drive and this was definitely very good for the roads. But you can also get to the destination with a golf cart or similar. The place itself was as pictured - perfect. The kitchen was just as well equipped as at home. Even with larger meals to prepare, nothing was missing. Francisco was so nice and gave us some food and drinks and coffee on arrival. Francisco also gave us good tips for the area. The house itself is perfect, everything was in the best condition. The view of the beach and mountains is indescribably beautiful, it is quiet and undisturbed.

What a wonderful time we had at Casueña. Alicia and Jorge were so welcoming, helpful, friendly, and fun. They met us at the villa and showed us everything we needed to know, and then were always on hand for anything else we needed. The villa was so well equiped, including basic food, tea, coffee, and fruit to get us going. Also, on the first morning, Alicia and Jorge gave us a basket of eggs from their own chickens! We loved the beautiful furniture, artwork and ornaments which all added to Casueña's charm. Since the weather was hot we spent most of our time in the stunning garden and lovely pool. Beautiful mature plants, shrubs and trees made the garden feel magical, as did the many birds who visited including a familly of swallows. A short trip (about 2 miles) down to the village of Santa Rosalía provided a good supermarket (open every day), cafes, and restaurants. Thank you Alicia and Jorge - you are very special people and we will definitely be back to visit you and Casueña.

This was a beautiful, enviable location with a magical view. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and everything worked out nicely. carpark is as they have indicated - which we chose to walk, about 30mins, not impossible and a very direct straight route once you get it. It was a unique stay!

We spent a week in Nadia's cottage and we enjoyed it very much. It is quiet and the garden is beautiful. A real oasis to rest and recharge. Nadia is very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Highly recommended for people who just want to have their peace, without much action and nightlife, but enjoy hiking and exploring the rugged beauty of the Sierra Nevada. It was perfect for us! Thank you so much Nadia!

We had a great time at Nick's! The accommodation is in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and beautiful walks that are easily accessible. The location is a good option for visiting Grenada if you are motorized. The place is tastefully decorated and very warm! We quickly felt at ease there. Nick was easy to reach, helpful and very concerned that our stay went smoothly! We highly recommend this listing!

Lovely private villa, perfect for relaxing

We had an absolutely amazing stay in the Villa. The views are stunning and the house, terrace and pool are new and beautifull. A must-stay when you visit this area.

The accommodation is simply a dream come true! You have the impression that you are standing in front of a photo wallpaper, because the view is simply surreal. The accommodation is super equipped and there is nothing missing. The bathroom is great, the bed comfortable and the terrace simply invites you to linger! The contact with Maria Isabel works absolutely smoothly and she responds to all questions or requests! All in all - an absolute recommendation!

The cottage right in the mountains is in a very quiet location and private. You can refresh yourself in the pool. The ambiance and furnishings were an absolute holiday feeling. There was everything you need in terms of amenities. The climate in the house was very pleasant despite the lack of air conditioning, as it was built into the ground. Several beautiful beaches are not far away by car and also suitable for small children. The nearby white village of Frigiliana is also worth seeing. Several hiking options on site. There is also a game restaurant nearby in the mountains. Our stay was definitely too short for three nights. Longer stay recommended. Thank you for the wonderful time, happy to come back.

Very nice cottage that has all the amenities to unwind for a few days. Comfortable bed, nice living space and a nice private courtyard with small pool. Quiet village but centrally located so good as a base for trips. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book again!

fantastic villa. very spacious. everything very fully equipped. modern kitchen etc etc. The only thing you have to keep in mind as a tenant is that you can actually only leave the property by car because you are right on the road. So a walk from home is not really possible or you can walk on a highway.

We had a great week with our family at Philippe's house. The house is nestled in the beautiful nature overlooking the reservoir and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, which are still snow-covered in our time. You live there in harmony with nature and can discover a lot. Our kids really enjoyed the garden and especially the pool. From there, we took many beautiful excursions to Granada (Alhambra) and also up into the mountains and felt very comfortable.

A charming house in a small village, in a very nice natural setting. The house is in perfect condition, the good taste of the decoration, the quality of the facilities and the comfort and functionality of everything is striking. Everything is very well cared for, very comfortable bed, very nice small living room, beautiful kitchen, full bathroom and wonderful shower, a patio with a small swimming pool completely isolated from the outside, and a rooftop terrace highly recommended for dining or sunbathing. One of the best apartments I've ever been to. Perfect communication with Federico, helpful, friendly and precise. Located in a super quiet village, minutes away from larger towns and beaches. Perfect for exploring the Cabo de Gata Natural Park for a few days, enjoying nature and the beaches. We'll be back

We have been using Airbnb for many years now and I can safely say that Casa Prailla is the best place we have ever stayed. A beautiful home with fantastic facilities in a very friendly rural Spanish village. Communication with Sara was great and check-in with Maria Jesus was easy. The village has two bars offering excellent, great value food and you can easily drive to larger attractions such a Cordoba. If you are looking for an authentic Spanish experience and if Sara's home is available, don't think twice, book it. You will not be disappointed. I would return in a heartbeat.

Thanks to a Julie for the most wonderful stay at Casa Freya! She was a great host; really friendly and helpful and quick to respond and easily contactable. We were apprehensive of the drive up given some of the reviews but needn’t have worried. The main road to Competa is a beautiful drive and the short ‘drive’ down to the villa was steep and a little nerve racking the first time but you soon get used to it. And it’s absolutely worth it. This is the best villa we’ve ever had and as for the view - unbeatable! Comfortable, great amenities and facilities and it smelt lovely, diffusers and plug ins throughout were a lovely touch. Every care and thought gone into the villa especially the outside space and outdoor kitchen which is fantastic. Stunning views, especially the sunsets and a great size infinity pool - cannot fault it at all and cannot wait to return. We were blown away ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Miguel's house. The view is stunning and even more beautiful than in the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds very comfortable, which is always important to us. The road there is actually a bit adventurous, but doable. Nevertheless, we were glad that we had a slightly higher car. Miguel welcomed us very warmly and made sure that we lacked nothing!

A rare find! Really good standard - clean, comfortable, has great views, quiet & peaceful. The host has good taste in decoration, so makes the stay more unique. We stayed for 10 days, so decided to shopped for food to last us around 3 days, before going down to replenish our supplies. All mod cons in the property were provided, so can easily lock yourself away. Swimming pool is superb & we ended up in there 2-3 times a day. Heated pool an advantage during cooler days, but decided it wasn't necessary during end of May. Dirk (host) was also at the ready to respond to questions about the property & area - he was prompt & always very helpful and respectful. Only thing I have to mention is that the drive up can be unnerving for some (for my wife, not me), but suggest taking it slow & easy in daylight, and once you do it a couple of times it's perfectly fine - and btw, wife loves it despite the drive! This could very well be one of my regular getaways and I would happily stay here again.

Great one week stay- loved the apartment and views. We had a car which think would find it difficult without one - only a few mins into town. Would defo recommend.
