The apartment has two bedrooms with ocean views. One of them is completely glazed, thus creating a spacious and bright space. Both the living room windows and those in the two bedrooms have automatic opaque blinds to create privacy between one area and another at bedtime. The two beds in the bedrooms are 150x190 with good firm mattresses and viscoelastic foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment features two complete bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. The showers are walk-in, and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a bean bag area ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You can watch all the TV channels from your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the couch. The white natural linen sofa turns into a large bed measuring 160x200. The WiFi is high speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center.
