To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Well ventilated and safe house.

The house is amazing! We were 3 couples and the structure was perfect for us: three super comfortable suites upstairs and another bedroom with a demi-suite on the ground floor, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The house is beautiful, functional and very well equipped — freezer, refrigerator, beer display... everything thought out in the smallest details for a 5-star stay. We adored every moment and would surely be back!

Estadia was without mishaps with everything working as advertised, all very clean. Just one observation. All the bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. But as I went in March and the temperature was very high air conditioning in the rooms would come in handy.

We just stayed in the house, we spent the Carnival, 16 people in total. The house is cozy, airy, ventilated and clean. It is quite functional and equipped. The location is fantastic, close to the heart of Castelhanos, less than a 5 minute walk away. The team that provides services to Fernanda is great. A Bebel is a cute, super well kitchen. We intend to go back for sure.

Everything perfect!

I liked the place, spacious, cozy and quiet, I got there and it already had all the utensils, knives, microwave, refrigerators and everything else, I ended up taking some things without needing to, because it already had everything there kkkk. And in terms of commerce, it has almost everything, nearby distributor, market, pharmacy etc. pr The only point is the issue of the walls being low in the barbecue area, and it turns out that you don't have much privacy, otherwise excellent, I'll be back more often.

Janielly and her husband are incredible people, they welcomed us as if we were their own family, always ready to assist us and doing everything to make our stay the best possible, we found the house extremely clean and fragrant, we didn't have to worry about anything at all because the house had all the items, even the least necessary ones, such as glasses, jugs, air fryer, hair dryer, iron and many other surprises. The mattresses in all the bedrooms were extremely soft and had quality sheets and pillows. The house had a beautiful decoration that allowed us to feel at home, and the quality of the barbecue area was our favorite part, not to mention the others, we definitely want to return soon.

Excellent accommodation in condominium of twin houses, we were lucky because it was very empty at that time. Very well equipped house with beach chairs and umbrellas, full kitchen. It is 3 blocks from Bacutia, the best beach in the region.

The apartment was extremely clean, the location is great, for those who want to enjoy the beach of Morro in Guarapari, being a few meters from the beach, the house had everything, very complete, including beach chairs and umbrella, the grandson and his wife were super friendly, answering all questions, giving directions to places and making check-in and checkout very flexible, we felt at home, I will definitely return other times.

Simone's space is peaceful. Beautiful, safe condominium close to the main beaches such as Ubu, Castelhanos and Meaipe. The house is very nice. Its beach decor is very cozy, not to mention the delight of having coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. Beautiful and fragrant bed and bath linens. Simone is a very professional host and our experience was wonderful!

The place is simply beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The outside area is amazing and provides moments of pure relaxation. The hosts (Maristela and Santiago) are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to help. It was an experience that was well worth it for the weekend, and if we have the opportunity, we will certainly return.

I really enjoyed the stay. The house is very large and airy. The beach in front is great for those looking for privacy. The address in the system sent us to another location, but the host sent us the correct address afterwards and everything worked out.

The house is wonderful, large, clean and airy rooms. Clean bed linens, with plenty to change if necessary. Many kitchen utensils. The pool was a little dirty with sand and grass, but it didn't stop the kids from playing. It's close to the beach. We love the stay. I highly recommend it!

We had a great home experience! Everything was exactly as described in the listing: clean, organized and very comfortable. The location is excellent and the host was attentive and helpful throughout the stay. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

Great stay! Beautiful place, consistent with the photos. We received the house with a little problem with the toilet in one of the rooms, but it was promptly resolved. One of the rooms had a strong smell, like mold, but we left the windows and doors open and at night the smell decreased considerably. I think the hot water tank is small for the size of the house, every day only the first 4 baths had hot water, the rest were really cold water. The pool needed a heating system, as we stayed in the fall and the water was always very cold. As for the hostess, Polyanna, she was always very helpful and made us feel at home.

The waterfront house is simply amazing. It has everything you need, the view is unique and just go through it to walk in the area. Very quiet place, which offers several activities and tours. José Manoel was very careful and proactive providing a crib for our daughter. Our family loved this house and we will definitely be back !
