Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

Had a great experience! The space was just as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. Michael our host made check-in easy and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time booking for a family vacation and it was exactly what we wanted!! Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, relaxing environment. The guys loved fishing off the dock. The pool was just what we wanted and the fountain was fixed while we were there thanks to our AMAZING host. Very roomy home and always clean and freshly stocked with towels and linens. If your thinking about staying here I would absolutely recommend doing so. Pet friendly, with a doggy door on the patio. Great place for a girls get away, bachelorette, guys weekend, or a family get away. Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. We will be back!!!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

Extremely beautiful modern home! Loved the layout of the house! The pool was the cherry on top! Just a quick 5 minute drive to either downtown with tons of shops/restaurants or 5 mins to the beach! Will definitely be back!

We are a family of 5 from Chicago that has stayed in many AirBnB homes over the last 5 years all over the country. This home was amazing and perfect for a beach experience with some privacy and space. It was a very easy (and safe) walk to the beach and ocean, and then it was wonderful to have the private pool area to relax in afterwards. The house was so nice and modern, with every conceivable amenity. It was really helpful to have all of the beach chairs, umbrella and bogie boards available for use, and our family loved this home. We couldn't recommend this house enough!

Nicky was very responsive we were arriving early texted her and let her know she said it was ok if we went ahead and got to the house earlier than check in very helpfull she has a very pretty house a nice screened in pool and alot of good recommendations in a note book right in the house very well done we would definitely stay again

My family and I stayed at Libby's property and it was fantastic! The rental was extremely clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet. It was situated within walking distance to the beach and was directly across the street from several very good restaurants. Libby was an amazing and accommodating host. She was very responsive, answering any questions or requests extremely promptly. We could not have asked for a better stay.

My Fiancée and I visited Matt’s house to celebrate my graduation. The house was not only easy to find, but was in a very inviting and vibrant neighborhood. The house itself was perfect for the stay, nothing too big or too small, with a quick and easy drive to downtown, and all the beaches you could ask for. The only suggestion I would add is a microwave would be a good addition, but outside of that, we had a blast with not only the destination, but also the house!

Jonas' place was amazing!! It was beautifully decorated, peaceful, and comfortable. It was so light and airy with a beautiful view out the back window that made us instantly relax. The back deck/porch area was a wonderful place to sit and relax as long as the weather cooperated. The house was conveniently located with just a short walk to the center of town. The kitchen, living area, and bedrooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and well lit. Jonas was an excellent host! He wasquick to respond to messages and communicated very well. We would love to return again and would highly recommend this place!

Kayla’s place is exactly as described. We had a great time, the beach was walking distance, local restaurants and pier nearby for fishing. Old St. Augustine is down the street for relaxation and sightseeing. Would return for a repeat!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse Beacon! We were so excited to be greeted by a personal note from the hosts and some local treasures as well as a beautiful shining lighthouse that could be seen from the balcony. The hosts were very helpful with all of our questions about the area, such as restaurants to eat at and activities to enjoy as a family. They were also very accommodating to have an extra bike brought so my whole family could take a ride. The house was very clean, and all our needs were met. Thank you for a much needed relaxing stay in St. Augustine!

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine thanks to Cody and Kimberly. They were very sweet and made sure we were taken care of! The home was absolutely beautiful and very well organized and clean. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you for making our weekend a great one!

This was a great little spot for our family vacation over a long weekend. We have two children who loved fishing off the dock, playing in the sand and playing with the air hockey table. The outside shower was super helpful after playing outside and a morning at the beach. The area was peaceful and quiet. We took an uber ride to downtown St. Augustine for tourist attractions. It was also a quick drive to Butler Beach, Marineland and the Alligator Farm. There was a local restaurant down the street where we ate lunch. The house was stocked with everything you may need whether it be kitchen supplies or for outside activities. The house was very clean and the decor was welcoming. We highly recommend this for a quiet getaway.

This was our 2nd time staying at Regina's condo. She keeps is looking very pretty and clean. I am fairly particular about cleanliness and it was great. There is a beautiful beach that is 5 minutes walk and seems private to that complex. The pool was clean and heated. Regina quickly responds to any questions and needs. Thanks for letting us call this home for a few days again. 😀

Monica’s house is truly spectacular! It looks just like the pictures - beautifully furnished, clean as a whistle, lots of light, and tons of space. She’s thought of all the little touches that make the place feel like home. We completely enjoyed the evenings by the pool and playing games around the dining table. The kids found the pool alligators and the PacMan arcade game to be highlights! Monica is a wonderful host and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent her place again! We feel lucky to have found it.

Exceptionally clean and nicely designed fresh home very close to Crescent Beach and Historic St. Augustine. Perfect for beach getaway and short drive from many bars and restaurants. Great host who made everything simple and provided local recommendations. Highly recommend, short drive to three beach areas.

We had the BEST time at Dani’s place! She was so kind and let us add two extra family members at the last minute. This place is STUNNING, honestly even better than the photos. The views are incredible and we all loved going out on the dock at different times of the day to watch the tide come in and out. We saw a few sea turtles and a lot of fish jumping. It’s close to the beach, which we also enjoyed but that porch is just so magical. We even got to do yoga outside one day! Book this place, it’s beautiful and oh so peaceful!!

This was the perfect spot! Close to downtown St Augustine if you want to drive in, but away from the hustle and bustle, and close to the beach! Rob and Robin were proactive and extremely communicative. They even had a wonderful info binder that included local restaurant recommendations that we loved. The house was clean and had everything we wanted/ needed. The fenced in backyard with an outdoor shower was perfect for our dog that came along with us! Could not recommend more :)

This was exactly what we were looking for!! Extra clean & comfy. Some of the reviews mentioned not having doors to the bathrooms but there are definitely doors😂 James was super responsive and flexible with our check in time. Quick trip to the beach and near all the right spots!
