Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Anastasia Island

We had a wonderful stay. So peaceful listening to the waves and watching the sunrises each morning. Close enough to town yet offers plenty of privacy.

We had an excellent time! The condo was super easy to access and it was a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We also loved being just 10-15 mins out from the main town for night time activities. There were plenty of breakfast and lunch spots locally which was also super convenient. Our host was very responsive and friendly! Overall we would highly recommend and will likely return in the future!!

We loved staying here! The rental was in a great location and a 10-15 minute drive to anything we wanted to do. Bathrooms were stocked with anything we needed and we definitely appreciated the welcome gifts we were offered! We will definitely be back!

This place was exactly what we needed! Steve was so responsive and helpful. He even let us stay a little longer so the kids could enjoy the pool more before we left. The kitchen had everything we could need. There were also plenty of extra linens and pillows which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and we felt extra secure with the neighborhood being accessible through a guarded security gate. There are lots of great food options around. 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay was great! It was like staying at a mini resort. There were great amenities at the complex, great location near downtown and beaches, the little touches and thoughtfulness in the apartment was so nice too! Phillip was very responsive about a small issue. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo is cute and cozy. We enjoyed taking our beach wagon the short walk to the beach, taking the sidewalk through the 2 pool areas. Take your card with you, because you can only access the pools and beach with it. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook some meals. If you need more supplies, shopping is close. Restaurants and attractions are close too. It's a short drive to the historic District. We enjoyed our stay!

PERFECT LOCATION!!! The condo is right up front, with ocean views from the balcony. Easy walk to numerous restaurants, ice cream, coffee & shops. Located right across the street from the pier. Even with eight family members, the place felt very roomy with the additional ceiling height of the top floor. Marty was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

Valery's condo was a good location from which to explore the St. Augustine area. This condo is focused on housing more than vacationing, and the front desk made me fully aware of that fact, though as Valerie's guest you have full access to all of the facilities, including the kayaks during business hours. Fishing from the dock in the Matanzas River was fun and my family loved the pool. Remember to respect the residents here and Airbnb guests will be looked upon with favor in the future. Please note, you have to leave the property if you want to smoke as the entire grounds are smoke free. Don't expect to grab a fine, local cigar and enjoy it on the patio! This is a ground floor unit, so watch out for crabs sneaking in while you are looking the other way! They're harmless and hide out in the open air hallway. They're kinda cute. The unit is well stocked with necessities and the walk in closets are amazing! We enjoyed our stay here and were sad to leave. Thank you Valery!

Great condo for wife and I and 2 teenage girls in St Augustine for BBall Camp at Flagler. About 15 min away from downtown but a straight shot. Really liked the Donut and Australian Coffee Places

We had a great time - family came to visit in twos and loved all the amenities. The condo was in a great location with views of the ocean (and turtles in the dunes). We were close to the pool, hot tub and grill. The beach is close - and beautiful. The condo was well-stocked and our hosts were very responsive when we contacted them with a question.

Our family of four had a wonderful experience. The condo was exactly as pictured; very cozy and we felt right at home. The small details are super important so the beach wagon, toys, extra beach towels, toilet paper, etc made it that much easier to relax. The pool is just steps from the condo and the beach a few short minutes away. (We spotted 2 turtles, a bunny, and plenty of lizards during these walks which the kids loved.) There are a few restaurants nearby which was great, my only frustration being that the parking lot is small and they were often busy. It is walkable but there are no sidewalks and it’s a bit further than my kids wanted to go in the heat. (Coffee shop & Seafood kitchen were our favorites.) Location was great! We thought our particular area was quiet and not super crowded. Besides parking, traffic was minimal and everything within a 15 minute drive! And of course the beach was phenomenal. Lots of shelling and fish to entertain the kids. Sooo much to explore,

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos, very clean and comfortable. The back patio was a peaceful place to sit and relax, read or just enjoy the mornings/afternoons. The location is very walkable to the pool, beach, and multiple restaurants which was a plus! Sara gave clear instructions and made check-in and check-out so quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family had a wonderful time at the condo. The location is within a walking distance to the beach. There was also a heated pool on the property. The condo was clean and had a number of amenities and extra touches which were much appreciated. Kevin provided great instructions ahead of time and was welcoming and easy to get in touch with.

We had a great time staying at this condo. The location was great, the beach only a short walk to the private entrance. The condo itself was beautiful and well kept. The hosts provided all of amenities that we needed and were very responsive when we had questions. They had the check in and check out procedures plainly listed and also had a list of local attractions and restaurants that we could adventure too. All in all we would definately recommend this place.

Michael's place exceeded our expectations. The condo was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a week with two kids including beach chairs and beach towels. Michael was a great communicator and we are looking forward to returning. The complex itself is one of the nicer ones on the island according to some nice owners we talked to on the beach- they said it is much better maintained than many others, quiet, and very safe. The complex is close to everything we needed. All the pools were beautiful but the heated indoor/outdoor pool was absolutely wonderful for us and our kids- the temperature was perfect for April and the hot tubs with every pool was a perk. The beach was a super convenient 2-3 minute walk. People at the complex were quiet and respectful and it was a nice blend of families, couples, and retired people. I have already sent a link of the condo to my brother and a friend because it was truly the easiest and most relaxing vacation. Thanks so much!

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. There were beach items in the garage and pickleball paddles in the cabinet. The location was a nice neighborhood with a pool a very short walk away. The instructions were very helpful and easy to understand.

The home was absolutely wonderful — incredibly comfortable, spotless, private, and beautifully designed. The artwork and décor added a unique and charming touch. We were also lucky to spot owls, birds, raccoons, lizards, butterflies, and dragonflies — a true nature lover’s delight!

We have stayed at The Ocean Gallery many times throughout the years in many different units and this one is one of my favorites. The location is as good as you can get - it’s the closest unit to the each access without renting the more expensive oceanfront units. There are two gorgeous and sizable pools available for use, a weight room / gym, tennis and pickle ball courts, and the beach access is wonderful. There is beautiful clean sand and it’s a long stretch of beach that is owned by the complex so you don’t have a ton of extra each goers in your space. The kitchen is well stocked, there are lots of games and books for rainy times, and the beach closet is very well stocked with chairs, toys, and boogie boards. We loved our time and look forward to returning soon. Thanks for a great stay!

Great spot! The house was clean, and had everything you needed. The neighborhood is perfect for children. Pool, clubhouse with workout facility was a great bonus. The host was very responsive, and even accommodated us with an early check in. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My partner and I had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and had so much to do that we didn’t really have to leave if we felt like staying in! The beach was an easy walk and a wagon was provided to haul our beach stuff! Downtown was an easy drive! Would recommend!

I was looking for a great place where I could entertain a large party after my engagement. This home was perfect. Kelly also suggested a private chef and bartender to come to the AirBNB, which was very thoughtful. The private (Funguy kitchen services) provided a fine dining experience with a 4 course menu. Would highly recommend if you are planning on entertaining guests.

Dominga's place was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as described and pictured. I went to St. Augustine for a quick Father's Day getaway with my young adult kids, & this home was exactly what we needed. It was spacious, pristine, beautifully decorated, my kids each had their own comfortable rooms, close proximity to all the attractions/restaurants, & it had everything we could possibly need. Dominga was very courteous, gave clear instructions, & great recommendations. Cannot say enough great things about the host & property. Highly recommend!
