Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close enough to Picton and Waikawa Bay yet far enough away to feel you are a long way from both. Perfect environment for peace and quiet, but also perfect central spot to explore Marlborough. Ample space for children and animals to play. Plenty of parking space, including a boat. Marlborough Sounds Haven

Our house has a unique location, one of three family baches set in native bush with the sea at the front. It sits at the entry to the Queen Charlotte Walkway, with road access to the back door. It is away from the crowds, but a short walk to the beach and the Outward Bound jetty. It is still in original condition, built 70 years ago, so don't expect a modern house. It has everything you need, however - dish washer, washing machine, wood burner, comfortable beds, and an unparalleled view.

Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - just tea and coffee included. The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the local sealife from the deck- resident rays seals fish and even the occasional dolphin. Great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Totally pet friendly. Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.
