Dit appartement is gelegen op een biologische boerderij onder de rook van Amsterdam (3,5 kilometer afstand van openbaar vervoer). Vanuit hier kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen in Amsterdam en de rest van Nederland. De landelijke ligging maakt dat je hier volledig tot rust kan komen. Het is een groene oase vlakbij de stad, met verschillende idyllische dorpen en kleine steden eromheen. Op de boerderij is het een gezellige boel met de koeien, geiten, varkens, pony's ('s zomers vliegen:))

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Rural, cozy, the old beams in the upstairs bedroom give a romantic look, wonderful views of Gein with floodplains, meadows with the church towers of Abcoude in the distance. Outside on the terrace enjoy the beautiful place, in the middle of nature but still so close to Amsterdam. The old barn has been converted into beautiful apartments, in the style and colors of our farmhouse which makes everything a beautiful unique whole.

It is ideal for resting after a long day walking in the city or on a business trip. Public transport is within walking distance, and the train takes 20 minutes to the central station. Please note that we have a quiet hour policy between 9:00 and 23:00. Smoking, using (soft) drugs, and unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.

GeinLust B&B is located in a characteristic farmhouse, which is also our home. Under the roof of the barn are three spacious B&B apartments, where there used to be cows. We have demolished the farm and newly built in the old style. The B&B is located under Amsterdam. From the B&B, it's about a 10-minute walk to the train station and with 15 minutes you are in Amsterdam.
