The apartment is located on the top floor, which means lots of natural light throughout the day in the house and on both balconies. You’ll find that the apartment offers a brand new kitchen, bathroom and comfortable bed.

Many nice restaurants, (coffee) shops, nightlife, and other activities nearby!

A funky place that integrates modern comfort with a forest ambiance. This is a small studio in our self-designed and built house, ideal for those who want something different. The room has a small equiped kitchen, which includes induction stove, microwave, fridge and a Nespresso machine, and a big 2x2.2 meter waterbed suspended on four tree trunks. The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
