Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Amsterdam-Centrum

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und einladend gestaltet. Durch die vorhandenen Rituals Produkte hat das Haus zudem sehr gut geduftet. Zu der direkten Umgebung kann ich nur gutes berichten. Es ist schön ruhig und idyllisch gelegen trotzdem kommt man innerhalb von gut 20 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Zandvoort oder Amsterdam. Ruud hat uns hierzu wirklich sehr hilfreiche Tipps mitgegeben. Zudem wurden wir vom Parkplatz aus persönlich von ihm zur Unterkunft begleitet, was einen sofort positiv ankommen lässt. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. :)

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und haben die Unterkunft von Ben und Inge für 3 Nächte genutzt. Zum einen die Nähe von Amsterdam ( mit Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und dem Zug ab Weesp... total easy ! ) und den echt schönen kleinen Städte Weesp, Muiden und Naarden. Inge hat uns auf Wunsch jeden Morgen ein unfassbar tolles Frühstück gebracht. Sie ist eine tolle sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns bei Ben und Inge total wohl gefühlt und haben Ihre Gastfreundschaft sehr geschätzt. Die kleine eigenständige Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und gemütlich (wie auf den Fotos) eingerichtet. This is a lovely home in a quiet and stunning setting on the water. Great for families with kids. This is a great location to explore the lake from and has lots of amenities available for the guests to keep kids busy. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend a stay here.

Die Wohnung ist super, aber das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse auf 3 Seiten des Hauses, direkt am Wasser. Die großen Glasfronten im Wohnzimmer geben den Blick aufs Wasser frei, was die Wohnung auch bei kühlen Temperaturen besonders macht. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man am liebsten keinen Ausflug machen möchte, sondern nur in der Wohnung bleiben möchte.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust anywhere!), everything had been thought of (including a welcome bottle of bubbles!), it was spacious, and very convenient for public transport....oh, and stylishly decorated! Being close to the train station meant that we could easily get into central Amsterdam, as well as go on day trips to Rotterdam and Zaanse Schans during our stay. Our favourite day was renting bikes in Zaanse Schans for the day and enjoying cycling through the countryside. Very happily recommend this place to others looking for a base near Amsterdam.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

Nach einem langen Tag in Amsterdam haben wir die Ruhe in Broek in Waterland bei Haico sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet alles, was wir gebraucht haben: ein bequemes Bett, eine saubere Dusche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, in der wir unser Frühstück zubereiten und abends kleine Mahlzeiten wie Pasta oder Sandwiches machen konnten. Die Lage ist ideal, um schnell nach Amsterdam zu gelangen, und die Busverbindung ist sehr gut.

Location can no be beat. Beautiful neighborhood. Canals and great restaurants all around. Nice little outdoor space too. Gerrit was extremely helpful with directions and alerting us of train strike. He was always very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

Schöne, kleine Unterkunft. Perfekt geeignet um mit der Bahn nach Amsterdam zu fahren. Kommunikation mit den Hosts lief problemlos. Die 2 Nächte vor Ort haben uns gut gefallen.

Our stay at the Dutch Masters was perfect. First, the location couldn’t be better. Right on a beautiful canal. Away from the most touristy sections but close to everywhere you want to go. The apartment was very nice - it was clean, fairly spacious, and had everything we needed for a full week stay (dishwasher, washing machine). The semi-private garden provided such a nice relaxing atmosphere. Finally, the staff was great. Christel responded quickly every time we had a question. This was my favorite stay I’ve had in visiting a European Airbnb.

Das erste AirBnB, das sich für mich wie ein richtiges zuhause angefühlt hat. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe drin. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man in einem Märchenhaus gewesen ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, um für ein Wochenende abzuschalten. 30 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Zandvoort und 5 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Harlem. Ich war von Harlem auch sehr überrascht, da es für mich wie eine bessere Version von Amsterdam angefühlt hat.

The apartment is quite nice and has very comfortable beds. It is close to a park and provides easy access to public transportation. Overall, it is a nice property and offers good value.

Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

Max is incredibly helpful. The apartment is modern, stylish and in a great location for visiting Amsterdam. The streetcar is just around the corner as is a market and numerous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch unser kleiner Sohn hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt, was uns als Familie besonders wichtig ist. Die Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt und war mit Abstand das schönste Apartment, welches wir beim Reisen je hatten. Da ist auch egal, dass wir nicht das beste Wetter hatten, die Aussicht sowohl auf das Meer, als auch auf die Dünen entschädigt dies. Wir haben somit eine tolle Erinnerung an unseren ersten Urlaub mit Baby.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. The photos don’t do the place justice. Emilie and Dirk-Jans went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Lovely neighbourhood with easy walking and public transport options.

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung von der man abends einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Beachbars liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Pluspunkt ist der zur Wohnung gehörende und auf dem Grundstück liegende Parkplatz. Wir können das stilvoll eingerichtete Beachhouse auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Peter’s apartment m was fantastic— a completely equipped and cozy flat in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods I’ve ever seen. We received ample communication and great recommendations. The value is definitely there in terms of places to stay in Amsterdam!
