Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

Perfect for one or a few nights.

A top accommodation, a whole experience

Karin was an excellent host; very kind and caring. She gave us directions to the house. She was there to hand the key and a tour of the house. She was very welcoming and warm. The house was as described, clean and functional. She left some things for breakfast in the fridge, which was a very kind gesture and very convenient. We would undoubtingly recommend a stay at her place.

We had a wonderful stay at Bert and Marieke's spacious apartment. We were welcomed by Bert who helped us with our luggage up the stairs and showed us into their well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything we could need. The apartment was beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Bert and Marieke.

The space is amazing with natural sunlight coming into the living room area. It is definitely big enough for 2 or 3 people. The kitchen has all the basics that are necessary for basic meals.

The location is in front of harbor and very close to the historic center of Monnickendam. Bus access was very good for nearby towns and villages, including Marken, Volendam, Edam and Broek in Waterland. I was happy to see the sunrise across the harbor and yachts from the window of this attic apartment. I also really liked the check-in time was early from 13:00. This made me to leave my bags in the apartment early and explore Monnickendam well in the afternoon. It is very good for especially a short term stay in this well organized clean apartment. Joke and Peter were both friendly hosts.

I absolutely loved my 3 week stay here, it has everything you could need. It instantly felt like home and includes many small details that makes your stay easy and pleasant. You can really tell that Han's has given good thought and care into the space. He is an absolutely wonderful host that I hope to stay with again in the future. The location is amazing, as other reviews has said, it's the perfect distance from the city center/centraal station(10-20min). Even if you don't feel like going that far, there are many delicious restaurants within 1 block. Grocery stores, museums, the zoo and plenty else to do within 3 blocks! During the day the neighborhood is lively and active, but it never feels overcrowded. There's a constant stream of pedestrians, bicyclist, bridge raises, and boats passing in the canal to watch. During the night it a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bonus points for stable and fast wifi and an awesome hot shower. You won't be disappointed staying at Han's😁👍

We were traveling by bicycle and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly host. Thank you so much for this great start to the day. We felt very comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). This is a lovely home in a quiet and stunning setting on the water. Great for families with kids. This is a great location to explore the lake from and has lots of amenities available for the guests to keep kids busy. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room give a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you don't want to go on a trip, but just want to stay in the apartment.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust anywhere!), everything had been thought of (including a welcome bottle of bubbles!), it was spacious, and very convenient for public transport....oh, and stylishly decorated! Being close to the train station meant that we could easily get into central Amsterdam, as well as go on day trips to Rotterdam and Zaanse Schans during our stay. Our favourite day was renting bikes in Zaanse Schans for the day and enjoying cycling through the countryside. Very happily recommend this place to others looking for a base near Amsterdam.

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived in a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was easy. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next fall. After a long day in Amsterdam, we enjoyed the tranquility in Broek in Waterland at Haico's. The house is cozy and has everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a clean shower and a well-equipped kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast and make small meals like pasta or sandwiches in the evening. The location is ideal to get to Amsterdam quickly, and the bus connection is very good.

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and warm – you felt welcome from the very first moment. The breakfast was excellent and prepared with a lot of love. Our little son also felt completely comfortable, which is particularly important to us as a family. We really enjoyed the time and will definitely return. See you soon! Jessica and her partner were very proactive and we were greeted the minute we parked the car. They live right next door. The apartment was immaculate and the views are stunning. Also good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

What a fantastic apartment. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal and then around 15 minute ferry journey to central Amsterdam. Monique was a really great host and communicative from the first time I booked the apartment right throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. We loved everything about our stay at the Studio. The picturesque town of Uitgeest left a very warm feeling in our hearts, the studio was very cosy with nicely thought out details and a comfortable bed. We would have loved to spend more time here exploring.

My thanks to Wilma and family for their friendliness and being so helpful. I have had a most wonderful time. Will miss the farm and the animals. I wish them huge success with their dairy farm.
