It has two private 16 m² guest studios, each with its own entrance from a shared hallway, private bathroom, toilet, and compact kitchenette. I live on board in a separate private section of the boat. The Anne Frank House, Noordermarkt and Haarlemmerstraat are just minutes away. Large sliding windows open fully with beautiful canal views, but built-in shades ensure privacy and comfort.

Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Appartment in a canalhouse in central Amsterdam!

In the bright basement (with windows) of our unique canal house with façade-garden, on the corner of a canal and a square with large oak-trees you find this b&b wih lots of privacy, nice rooms and close to everywhere you would like to go! You enter the spacious entrance hall with table and coffee / tea supplies; with a private bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy bedroom / living room. Renovated with natural stone and wood. This house and this area are very photogenic.

Independent B&B on our houseboat with your own entrance. We are located on a sunny and quiet canal in the heart of Amsterdam, close to Centraal Station, Anne Frank House, The Jordaan and the Canals. Your space is totally private with your own bathroom, bedroom, captain's room and wheel house. The space is centrally heated and double glazed for chilly days.
