Het polderhuisje is een oase van rust midden in de randstad. Het is recent ver-nieuw-bouwt en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De wifi werkt uitstekend in alle ruimtes. Perfecte plek voor vakantie en om rustig te kunnen werken. Het polderhuisje ligt centraal: het strand (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) en Utrecht (30km). The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. Akerdijk ligt in Badhoevedorp en biedt een tuin, steiger met roeiboot . De accommodatie ligt op18 km van Zandvoort aan Zee en biedt gratis WiFi en privéparkeergelegenheid. U heeft een eigen entree en beschikking over twee verdiepingen. Het appartement bestaat uit 3 aparte slaapkamers, een woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en 1 badkamer. Amsterdam ligt op 5 km van het appartement. De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven is Schiphol, op 4 km van Akerdijk.

The house is located on one of Amsterdam's most wide and beautiful canals. Chinatown, Nieuwmarkt Square and The Red Light District are around the corner, yet the street is peaceful and quiet. A very attractive basis for a short or longer visit to Amsterdam.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
