Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Please note: I completely renovated the house recently. It has been split into two apartments. The apartment downstairs is for rent. It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. It has all you need for a wonderful stay: peace & quiet, beautiful views over the countryside, luxury and comfort. Just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam + free parking space!

This unique property is a 16th century canal house. With private entrance and exclusive use of two whole floors. The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.
