Fred and Kelly were wonderful hosts and their house were absolutely charming! We are two friends who spent a total of 4 nights sleeping in their peaceful attic, which came with a clean and nice private bathroom and a microwave to heat up our food! There were a few head bumps with the sloped ceilings but that only gave us a couple of good laughs~ The location of their house is not too bad too, just a 10 mins brisk walk away from the Zaandijk Zaanse Schans train station, we loved the smell of chocolate wafting through the air everytime we walked to/fro the house to/fro the station due to the chocolate factory nearby! Neighbourhood was really quiet and peaceful too! Fred and Kelly took hosting to the next level! The pantry was stocked with coffee and tea sachets and even soup in a cup sachets which we only realized when we were about to leave! Utensils, plates, bowls and cups were super clean too and it truly is a charming house to live in… we consider ourselves lucky to have stayed

I stayed 2 nights. My room was amazing - very homey and comfortable. The most unique room I’ve stayed in at an Airbnb. Peaceful and zen-like. The gardens are natural and delightful. I would definitely return again. The breakfast was an added bonus. Plentiful and yummy. The coffee was excellent too.

Kenneth's place is value for money, just 10mins walk from Zaandam train station and restaurants are just few 100 meters...

We were a group of students from a school and we had a room with 14 beds to ourselves. We had a table in the middle with chairs and our own bathroom. Everything was clean and the staff treated us very well at all times. Very friendly. It was a quiet place and we had a good stay.

Awesome stay at Joris’s loft. One of the most charming and best-located Airbnbs I’ve stayed at across 40+ countries. It’s located one canal ring outside the crowded/loud central area ensuring the street was peaceful and clean—while still being just a 10min walk to Centraal station, ferries, and trams were even closer. Joris gave us some great local tips for restaurants and sights, and was easy to reach. As stated in the listing this is an old building with steep access and an efficient layout which worked fine for our group of three during our short stay. Would definitely stay again!

We booked a one knight stay and really enjoyed it, the forest and park was near so we could take a wonderful walk. The staff was really nice.

We had a very nice weekend with our group of friends in the tiny houses. The cottages are incredibly clean and we were able to sleep well. The scenery and grounds are incredibly beautiful and green. We also enjoyed using the wellness.

We spent three nights on the „Floatel“ and had a great time. Our POC was a very nice and helpful young man. Everything was clean an quite and we had a nice stay!

Beautiful house with a beautiful living room and a magnificent veranda! Access to the pool as well as the boat is really a plus! A real change of scenery a few minutes from the city! André was very available and a very good host! Thanks again.

A great place to stay! It is located directly on a canal and quite rural. The garden, where you can stay, invites you to linger. You can get to Amsterdam or the beach quite quickly by car/train. I'd love to come back!

Great place, helpful team

Honestly, we are not much of a hostel fan because sleeping with other people in the same room is disturbing. But this place omg. You would think it is not that good because it is cheap but it certainly excellent! Everything was perfect. The place was clean, the staff was welcoming, and even though it is not in the city center, you can get on to the bus and in 20 minutes you are in city center because the bus stops are very rare. Totally recommend it. Best hostel I have ever seen.

It was such a chill and refreshing place to live in near the sea! The owners were too kind and respectful! Definitely going back when i visit Zandvoort again!

A nice and a quiet place but little bit far from the city but still a great place

Amazing place. Clean, beautifully decorated, the shower is sooo refreshing & the coffee is incredible. Taking the free ferry into Amsterdam is easy and a fun experience. The garden patio is also a nice touch, we enjoyed some really peaceful mornings there. Our hosts were amazing, so accomodating & welcoming. We loved it, this was a great holiday.
