Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

ATTENTION: at the moment we have a sight restriction through an emergency staircase. Studio apartment in the spa center of Westerland. The apartment is located on the 6th floor /end floor with a view over Westerland and can be reached by elevator. The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Moin Moin, We rent this studio in the immediate beach - as well as close to the city.( approx. 22 sqm)in the B.BehrensHaus. How could the day start nicer in summer than with a refreshing dip in the sea ?? From here you can reach the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and shopping facilities in just 2 minutes, as well as the wonderful beach. There is NOT A parking space for your car. Lütt Hus on the dike - As the name implies - it is small and beautiful! Perfectly equipped, provided with individuality. The Wadden Sea, Fuhlenhörn swimming area, farms, a unique landscape, the right place for deep relaxation and recreation. We live next door - but not always and look forward to nice guests. For our guests we are always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. Our cleaning lady makes sure that everything shines and will make up the beds on request.

THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.
