Vacation rentals with a pool in Ampang Jaya

Worth every penny!!! Me and my family were sooo amazed at how well the place was managed, when we entered, we felt right at home and so welcomed with air conditioning already turned on and tv playing soft piano music. The place was clean and so comfortable!! Thank you so much host, we really really enjoyed our stay!!

This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

Overall it was a very pleasant stay 🤍 clean space, well maintained, beautiful decoration, and most importantly responsive and communicative host. Area also nice - near to the central area. Recommended!

I came here with my family with 3 kids and my friends family with 2 kids. this unit got 4 rooms , and kids friendly. the pool satisfied my kids the whole 3 days of our stay. we had a good bbq at night and the kitchen is good to cook. (just please bring your food). got water filter also, easy to dehydrate,no need to bring water. and they have helper in case we need anything. tbh, this place suitable for medium size family gathering. Kampung environment. will definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The parking space in front was spacious, which made things really convenient for my family. I hosted a small birthday party for close family members and it was such a great experience—especially with the swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved! They had so much fun. The location is also convenient, with some shops and a petrol station nearby. The owner, Ms. Florah, was very kind and responsive. She answered all my questions quickly and made the whole process smooth. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, bottled water, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’m already planning to come back again in the future!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Having had a bad experience at another KL Airbnb, we were apprehensive about this stay but needn’t have been. It was the best Airbnb experience we had all trip - the apartment is really modern, clean and centrally located to lots of eateries and attractions. It was also family friendly and well equipped with baby essentials. The host was really responsive and helpful. Our flight was delayed going home and we were really pleased to be able to extend our trip to spend an extra night here. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting KL and we would definitely stay again if we return.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!

Ruben's place is located in a serene location of Kuala Lumpur near to Jalan Ampang. The condo complex is located within embassy zone and therefore very quite and peaceful. the condo had stunning views of Down Town Kuala Lumpur with Merdeka 118, KL Tower and TRX Exchange all clearly visible with stunning surrounding during day and night. This is one of the largest condos with 3 bed and attached bath and 1 common wash room. getting 4 washrooms in a condo in KL is indeed luxury. The open kitchen is very convenient. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer which was very useful. The condo has 2 car parking conveniently located in the covered car park. We rented a SUV and we could park it very conveniently and easily. Ruben was very responsive and reachable whenever we wanted to reach out. He is an excellent host. His condo is indeed a hidden gem in one of the finest cities of the world ie Kuala Lumpur. We shall certainly be back again when we visit KL next time. It deserves a 5* and I rated 5*.

Great place and host.

We had a comfy stay. Nice city view from the balcony. There are restaurants around the area if you’d like supper. This is a nice quiet area surrounded by other condos. Pros: Comfortable open concept Clean 10-15 min drive to Bukit Bintang area Peaceful sleep (we stayed near Bukit Bintang areas before and they were so noisy though they were conveniently near to the sights and shopping) Cons: Drain smell from shared toilet which we managed by shutting the toilet door after we use it. It’s obviously a condo issue cos we can smell it from outside as well. If you come in at peak hour, there’s lots of cars at the lobby blocking entrance. It took us some time to gain access.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb unit. One of the more convenient Airbnb I have ever stayed. Josephine, the caretaker, was super helpful although we booked at literally the last minute. Parking bay is near to the lifts and so is the unit. The unit is spotless and well equipped - towels, microwave, water purifier, fridge, cups & plates and etc. There is a supermarket, fast food restaurants, a pharmacy, convenience stores and other shops at the ground floor of the building. Near to a mall and rows of shops.

Very nice place, if I were to move to Malaysia and pick a place to live at, would definitely consider that or something like it! Definitely worth and not far from the city.

Stayed for two months and had a great time. This is a rare case where the actual apartment is better than the pictures online. The view over the golf course and towards the KLCC skyline is incredible! Everything was super clean and functional, the apartment is very spacious. There is a huge pool that I used often. Minor annoyances: As the building is on a main street, there are loud motorcycles passing at night, so keep that in mind if you are a very light sleeper. Also the building is not particularly well reachable by foot, one has to walk about hundred meters on the side of the road without a sidewalk (usually not a big problem either though). The hosts are exceptionally helpful and sometimes literally answered within seconds. All in all I can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment for short and long term stays in KLCC. It may not be the cheapest, but in contrast to many other options you really get a lot of value in this case.
