House vacation rentals in Ampang Jaya

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

Great location, very easy check-in, and very responsive host. We stayed during Lunar New Year and the host was still very responsive on messages, which we really appreciate. House was very nice and clean, and had everything we need. There's an ensuite bathroom in every room and a few of the rooms upstairs have bunkbeds, so it's perfect for large families with kids (we had 9 adults and 4 kids). The house was also very cooling - great ventilation (we stayed in Jan and didn't need A/C). The only comment from my dad was that the chairs/surfaces are very hard (the design is very concrete/industrial), so some cushions to sit on for older people would be nice. There's a male caretaker who stays on the 2nd floor and he's very helpful with what you need for the stay. He tries his best to keep out of guests' way - but if you need anything you can just WA him/the host and he'll promptly help. Location was also great - very close to the malls/eateries in Bangsar. Would recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The apart is just like the pictures and it has all you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely worth the money to stay here. The location is excellent, with Bukit Bintanh at walking distance.

Sue's place is amazing, very well maintained, spotless, clean, and very comfortable. Close to big mall and donki2 is just a few minute walk. I would really recommend this place.

The apartment was very comfortable, the AC worked great. The water heater had some issues but the hosts gots that repaired quickly. One thing to note is that the TV can only play YouTube and you cannot get Netflix or other streaming services to work. The furniture is comfortable and good closet space. Great location and easily walkable to Jalan Alor food street and Pavilion mall.

Love the place, it’s clean and very very convenient.

The accommodation itself was cozy and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I had all the amenities I needed. The house had a lovely atmosphere, and it was clear that the hosts had put a lot of effort into making it a welcoming and inviting space.

I have stay at sin mey place last weekend. It was true to what they advertise, good location and very helpful owner. Definitely worth my money!

Extremely comfortable place to stay with a large group of people.

alll AC works perfectly. that's what makes the stay more comfort and relaxing after full day of organizing a wedding.

This time, I was traveling for business, so KK helped a lot in this way, letting me check in early, preparing snacks, and providing dining locations. Walking distance to restaurants 5-7min, Chinese/Malay/Indian/Western food, very convenient

The Best. Victor is an excellent host, very responsive, understanding and helpful. Property complete with all amenities. Convenience at great value. Looking forward to be back next time.

Nice gathering space for family members

We recently stayed at Anne's place and we had a wonderful time! Her place was spacious, clean and practical. Anne was prompt with her responses whenever we contacted her throughout our stay. The closeness of shops, restaurants and other amenities was certainly a huge plus point. We highly recommend Anne's airbnb esp if you have a larger group. We've already booked again for Sept! Thanks Anne.

First experience to rent a landed house and it felt like home! Very clean and comfy! Just that have to be careful if throw rubbish outside cause the cats will come and scratch for foods 🤣

The place was nice but need so much of maintenance other thn that mr Chen was too good he prepared us nasi lemak and some desserts . it’s a 5star cuisine meals

Booked this homestay due to my daughter's weeding hall just nearby the area. A very big house with 4 rooms. suitable for big families. Restaurants and shops are just walking distance from the homestay. Very convenient. thnks for the great hospitality of the hmstay owner. Recommended.

A wonderful stay in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. The hosts had great communication, responding to all of my questions. The place itself was very clean and comfortable, even better than in the pictures. Would certainly stay again, thanks Mazalan and Hamed.

The place was very nice, comfortable, beautiful, serena and clean. My family enjoy staying here 3 days 2 night. The kitchen equipment was complete and really felt at like at home. The owner response was quite slow, however, its okay since when she respond, she was very helpful and considered. They also give me to check-in early 1 hour which I really appreciated. In conclusion, I and my family really love staying here.

Host Has A Kind Heart Where An Early Check-In Was Allowed Un-Expectedly Early , Whereas We Requested Only 2- Hours Earlier. The Homestay Felt Like Home , Everything Was In Place. Would Surely Book Again For Future Holidays In KL.
