The apartment is comfortable, clean, bright, large, and great for a group (especially with its beautiful patio). Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Lissabon und haben nach einer Unterkunft für drei Personen gesucht. Dieses Angebot entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen, da die Wohnung abseits dem Trubel und verkehrsberuhigt liegt. Dennoch, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Cafés sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch Haltestellen sind direkt in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr gut und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Es un apartamento amplio. Cierto es, que solo lo hemos utilizado para dormir, pero tiene cocina amplia y bien equipada si quieres hacer uso de ella. Lo mejor, es q cada habitación dispone de su cuarto de baño.Transporte de metro cercano para ir al centro de Lisboa. Sin problema. Solo una pequeña sugerencia .. al llegar a Moscavide y poner la dirección… resulta q hay Rua de Moscavide y Avenida de Moscavide y ambas están relativamente cercanas.. nos llevó a confusión inicial…je! No era la rua…salvada la incidencia, todo perfecto!!! Camas muy cómodas y estaba todo limpio.

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Umgebung! Man kann hier wirklich zur Ruhe kommen und sich zurückziehen. Wir hatten viel Privatsphäre und konnten sogar später auschecken. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und man kocht da gerne. Der Gemüsegarten, aus dem man noch frische Kräuter und Gemüse nehmen durfte zum kochen, war ebenfalls ein highlight. Petter ist ein toller Host und ich würde wiederkommen.

A casa é lindíssima, tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. Tivemos apenas um problema, no último dia a água quente falhou e não voltou até nossa saída. Infelizmente neste dia o host não respondeu prontamente como de costume e a solução apresentada não funcionou. Porém considerei esse problema algo pontual, uma vez que a casa era maravilhosa e tudo funcionou muito bem. Portanto creio que tenha sido uma situação isolada e não deixei que isso influenciasse no mew review no geral. Recomendo a casa e voltaria tranquilamente. Tudo foi muito bem apresentado, a casa é moderna, super limpa, banheiro excelente, chuveiro perfeito, meus passageiros amaram.

Our hosts Helena & Nuno, were lovely, helpful & informative, they came up with places to visit that we wouldn’t have known about, in particular Guincho beach & bar (beautiful) Luna the dog was an added bonus for us as we lost our lab a few months ago. Do take notice of their suggested restaurants as they are the best in that area. Be aware it’s hilly, everything is walking distance (supermarket, restaurants etc) however, Paço do Arcos itself is not visually spectacular but the villa is, what it is, is an ideal staging point to travel to Cascais, Sintra & central Lisbon and a lovely quiet hideaway. Quick tip, use the Bolt app to get around cheaply and use the trains as they are very reasonably priced. We would fully recommend you stay here.

La casa Da Encosta es preciosa, es mi tipo de alojamiento ideal en donde uno siente estar en un hogar! Está ubicada en una zona residencial muy tranquila, aislada del movimiento turístico en Sintra. Es fácil moverse desde allí en Uber hacia la zona turística y un placer regresar luego a la tranquilidad de la casa al final del día. La comunicación con el anfitrión fué eficiente y rápida. Desde antes de llegar conté con un documento con instrucciones sobre todo lo que pudiera necesitar. Un placer mi estadía en Sintra!

Un apartamento con mucha luz, en una zona muy tranquila. Ideal para pasar unos días, descansar y cargar pilas. La comunicación con Rafa fue estupenda, resolviendo nuestras dudas al momento. Alojamiento muy recomendable incluso para familias con niños pequeños.

A bright, sunlit corner of the flat is furnished with a wooden chair and two relaxing lounge chairs. A side table holds decorative plants, while large windows provide ample natural light, offering views of the outside. Neutral-colored tiles complete this inviting space.

The place is spacious and beautiful and the garden/patio simply stunning! It had all the amenities we needed and has a great location: We could walk to the very nice beach near by (with great surf schools) and the neighbourhood is residential and pretty quiet (except for barking dogs once in a while) ☺️ We can truly recommend this place and would love to come back another time!
