Kritamon Apartment in Neos Marmaras – highly recommended! The apartment is very clean, modern, and newly furnished – truly a place to feel comfortable. We were completely satisfied! The host was extremely friendly and responded to all our questions within minutes. This is exactly how a perfect stay should be. We will definitely come back!

It was a very nice stay. The host is welcoming, responsive and happy to help in any way. The place is not located on the main street, but it is easy to find. Everything was very clean and nicely arranged. It is located close to the beach and the surroundings are quiet and nice. For me it was a good experience and I would stay at Dimitri's place again for sure.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Apartment. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am nächsten Strand und in 15 Minuten ist der Ort Nikiti erreicht, wo es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen gibt! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche!

Top Empfehlung ! Tolle Unterkunft mit einem wunderschönen Strand vor der Tür. Sehr ruhige Lage - Perfekt um zu entspannen und die Gastgeberin sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv bald wieder!❤️

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ioannes war wirklich wunderbar. Die Beschreibung der Bilder entspricht genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben: die Wohnung war modern und ästhetisch eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Vom Sonnenschirm für den Strand über Bügelbrett bis zu Töpfen und Pfannen war alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Und dazu befindet man sich noch direkt am Meer! Ioannes war sehr sympathisch und hat uns freundlich in Kalyves empfangen. Besonders gut hat uns die Flexibilität und Gastfreundschaft von Ioannes gefallen: wir konnten nicht nur morgens um 01.00 Uhr (aufgrund des sehr späten Flugs) problemlos in die Wohnung einchecken, sondern wurden auch noch mit einer Kleinigkeit zu essen begrüßt. Der Kontakt mit Ioannes war angenehm, reibungs- und problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Appartment sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage. Atemberaubende Aussicht aufs Meer und die wunderschöne Landschaft. Sehr nahe bei Pyrgadikia mit den vielen Tavernen. Die richtige Unterkunft für 2 Personen für 1-2 Wochen Urlaub in Chalkidiki.

Fünf Sterne reichen nicht um die Gastfreundschaft an diesem Ort zu beschreiben. Sie war unglaublich! Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle erneut für einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit unseren zwei Kindern bedanken. Die Lage der Wohnung nur wenige Schritte von einem wunderbaren Strand ist großartig. Der Garten wunderschön. Unsere Kinder liebten die Gastgeber und spielten viel mit ihrem Hund, der selbst zu Kleinkindern unglaublich lieb ist. Wir würden so gerne wieder kommen. Danke für alles!

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit atemberaubender Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit Vasiliki war gut, sie hat meist sehr schnell geantwortet. Bei uns hat lediglich die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert und der Strand/Geschäfte waren ein paar Minuten weiter entfernt als beschrieben. Aber alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alterra Vitta’s home by sea! Firstly, we had clear communication and instructions about all the necessary details. At the check in we were met by Kostas which explained everything from the house, grill and washing machine etc. Additionally, they have provided us with a booklet with all the best beaches and restaurants in all of Sithonia. We had some issues with the water being cold and the pressure being a bit bad so the shower head didn’t have enough pressure to work. However, Kostas came and fixed it straight away and informed us if there would be such an issue again to inform us and he would help! But luckily there wasn’t any problem again. Lastly, we were pleased with the conditions and it looked like in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends that are planning their holiday in Sithonia!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Pyrgadikia. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und alles nötige vorhanden. Wir wurden mit einigen Lebensmitteln, Obst und Wasser begrüßt. Foteini hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und der Ort ist zauberhaft. Sehr gerne wieder.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

Der Besuch bei Elena und Christos hat sich sehr gelohnt. Das Apartment ist in perfekter Lage um zum Strand zu Fuß zu kommen und Halkediki zu erkunden. Christos war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Wir wurden zum Check-in von ihm empfangen, obwohl wir sehr spät erst ankamen. Der kühlschrank war gefüllt, sodass wir uns erst mal keine Gedanken um das Frühstück machen mussten. Wir wurden jeden Tag mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt und das Apartment wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Everything was as expected, the Lanlord was nice and sympathic and we could enjoy the morning coffee with a beautiful view on mount Athos.

Das Haus und das Grundstück mit Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, bot genügend Platz für unsere zwei Familien und verfügte über alles was wir brauchten. Die Terrassen luden zum gemeinsamen verweilen und essen ein, der Garten war toll für die Kinder. Wir haben sogar ein paar Gottesanbeterinnen und Geckos gesehen :) Die Umgebung war zu der Zeit des Jahres außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig, was gut zum abschalten ist. Für Restaurants und Supermärkte sind wir in die nächste größere Ortschaft Nikiti gefahren. In der Nähe befinden sich viele sehr schöne Strände und Bootsverleihe zum Erkunden der unzugänglichen Buchten und Inseln. Der Urlaub hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen. Das hat auch an der Unterkunft und Gastfreundlichkeit von Ioannis gelegen.

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

My daughter and her family with 2 kids spent a wonderful little vacation at George's place. His hospitality was outstanding and very friendly, the appartment was very clean and comfortable, the garden with different seating-areas was well maintained and accessable. The nearby little bay and beach were easy to get too and nice for swimming. It was an allover very good experience and we recommand George as a host and his accomo 100%.

Wunderschönes Airbnb mit Top Standort. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und leicht zu erreichen. Er hat uns gute Tips für Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)
