The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.

The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. Small charming farmhouse in the countryside - built in 1904, nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden with old trees and fruit bushes. Newly made & tried and true! Our great-aunt Matilde opened her cottage in the summer months for vacation guests. We follow her example and have created a small cozy place where you can wonderfully relax. Both active vacationers and lazybones are in good hands with us.
