It is located on the edge of Schönbuch. Located on the vineyard in a south-facing location and with wonderful views over the Ammertal, beautiful hikes can be made here. With the Ammertalbahn, which runs every half hour, in 10 minutes to Tübingen, there is a very good connection.

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozily furnished 1-room apartment with 36 square meters, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. Since the basement rooms of the apartments and the heating are behind the apartment, the hallway cannot and must not be locked.

The in-law with 40 square meters is beautifully located on the Tübingen tub. On foot it is about 15 minutes to downtown or 10 minutes to the clinics and universities. The apartment is on the first floor and has been completely redesigned. The black straightener is certainly a highlight in this apartment. There is a new kitchen in the large room with oven, hotplates, fridge and dishwasher.
