Private road all the way up to the door."Off grid" with solar system, good wifi. Water must be brought in. Water for food and drink must be brought. Gas for the hob and barbecue. burning toilet and outdoor shower with heated water.

Second unit is also rented and any guests in other unit are to be expected. If needed, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Great hiking opportunities summer as well as winter. Great area for fishing opportunities, cycling and many nice hiking areas. It is about 50 minutes to Risør and Kragerø.

Hillestadheia offers good fishing grounds and great hiking opportunities, among other things. Lindeknuten (858 meters above sea level). At Tovdalsvassdraget you will find waterfalls, bathing areas and several fishing spots.

Hiking areas in forests to mountains. swimming areas, and nice fishing opportunities in the river . winter time :great ski slopes in the mountain area 10 min away by car. The cabin is located in a small village. 10 min away by car you will get to Mykland ,there is a shop that has what is needed, you are going to a larger village it is 35 min to Evje or 50 min drive to the great coastal town of Arendal.
