In het zitgedeelte is een werk/eettafel voor 2 pers, gezellige openhaard en een slaapbank voor gasten die liever op de begane grond slapen (1.80). Eigen ruime badkamer met douche, wastafel en apart toilet. Koelkast en kookplaat (2pits) aanwezig. De cottage bevindt zich op eigen terrein met voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Komt u bij ons op de boerderij logeren? Onze ruime B&B (50m2) is volledig en sfeervol ingericht en ligt in een rustige omgeving. Dicht bij Nijkerk, Spakenburg en Amersfoort. Het appartement beschikt over een badkamer met douche en ligbad. U slaapt in een riant tweepersoonsbed op de vide. Van het ontbijt met verse broodjes en streekproducten kunt u genieten aan de royale eettafel binnen of buiten op het terras met een prachtig uitzicht over de landerijen. De woning heeft een eigen ingang.

Or do you need an overnight stay for your work? Then you're in the right place! The accommodation is small but complete, is attached to our house, and you have the whole space to yourself. A nice breakfast is provided in a breakfast basket. On the edge of a green residential area, no through traffic, close to arterial roads.

INTRO: Since 2022 we offer our newly designed studio with private entrance. This is located in a quiet residential area at a 5-minute walk from the center of Amersfoort . Studio 11: Is 35m2 and has a living room with skylight, bedroom and bathroom. The Studio is equipped with a Green Sedum roof & uses Solar Energy! Facilities such as Nespresso machine, kettle, refrigerator, TV, are also available. Check in from 3:00 PM /Check out 11:00 AM paid parking 3 euro per uur. No pets.

On the edge of the historic city center of Amersfoort is our spacious, more than 100-year-old townhouse. The top floor is completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. You reach the apartment via a shared staircase. The stairs are steep according to current building standards. The space can be described as cozy, with the use of beautiful materials, an eye for detail and, above all, comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay for a short or longer period.

The fully equipped apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of the building from 1900 in the center of Amersfoort. There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Geen standaard airbnb maar een uniek plekje, helemaal back to basic. Wordt wakker van fluitende vogels met uitzicht op het geitenweitje. Er is een hottub beschikbaar (€30).
