The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. In 7 minutes you can reach the historic old town of Wasserburg, in 2 minutes the theater. Large shopping centers are within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is secluded. In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa bed (130 wide), and a children's travel cot is also available.
