Comfortable home that was exactly what my family needed. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Shower on the first floor is my favorite of any place I’ve stayed. Maria was always responsible and was flexible my with requests.

Highly Recommend! This place is even more beautiful in person! Super clean, cozy, and peaceful. The pool, jacuzzi, and view were amazing.we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and omg the sunset is beautiful. The bed and couch were so comfy. our Yorkie loved running around the big yard. The area is quiet and perfect for a getaway. We enjoyed a great BBQ by the pool, and everything was just perfect,very private too. Melissa is a fantastic host,very friendly and quick to respond. This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

If you’re in the area, this is the place to be. It’s tucked away in a beautiful area. It’s quiet, peaceful, and the stars are amazing at night. The pool area is incredible. The hot tub was a highlight for me and my guests. There was so much room in the house - it just keeps going! All of the decor is beautiful and thoughtful. The spaces are incredibly clean and there are so many useful things around the house if you are in the area for a special event. Melissa was also so gracious. A friend of ours lost a phone right before check out, and she was very communicative while we searched. I highly recommend that to stay here. It’s worth it!!

Shannon’s place met our expectations. The price for our stay was more than reasonable. It’s such a quiet and calming space. Everything was super clean, and the neighbors were super friendly. Would 100% recommend it!

The Resort was a lovely home on a quiet street. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Backyard was small but very well done with a pool and lots of seating. Host was friendly and responded quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here!

It is an incredible property, pictures and words don’t do it justice. The home, grounds and neighborhood are very well appointed with a wonderful layout. There are multiple outdoor gathering areas, we saw swans daily, the bird and frog songs were enchanting. We walked the neighborhood every day. The pool and landscaping were amazing. The master wing is exceptional. We were there for a family wedding and the “princess” dressing room was very well used. The master bath/ shower room has a steam feature that we enjoyed and the” sparkly” bath and shower were magical for our grandkids ( and the adults.). The art and collections were exotic and everyone, not just the grandchildren were enchanted. We entertained 10-25 guests comfortably each evening. As to previous reviews about cleanliness-it was fine, as per linens, everything was available, clean, folded. PS if you want the St. Regis this property has much more to offer than fluffy robes and slippers. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay here for my nieces wedding at Fine Creek. It was so nice being right down the road. We found the house unique and my adult children also loved staying here. They did a wonderful job renovating the house. Thank you so much for sharing your home and we would love to stay here again!

A friend and I stayed here for a 24 visit to Richmond. This is a great walkable location.. lots of restaurants and bars. Parking was great. The house itself was even more charming in person. We loved the high ceilings, old hardwood floors and original moldings. The place was very clean and everything was easy to use. Kristin gave us clear instructions and she was very responsive. I believe there was mention of the noise from the restaurant across the street where there is a large outdoor patio and close enough to hear lots of loud chatting. However, it was not a problem whatsoever as it is not a ruckus-y bar and it also closes at 11pm. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

The home was phenomenal. Exactly what we needed for our family of 7. Visited for a military ceremony at Fort Gregg-Adams. Very clean, and beautiful decor. We didn’t need to contact the host for anything. She covered it with very clear instructions. Check out was no hassle. Just took out the trash, but of course tidying up to show our appreciation for a great stay. Highly recommended and will use her home if we visit the area again. Thanks Catina for everything.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Clean, quiet, peaceful. Very well stocked and you can tell she adds her personal touch with fresh baked cookies for you. Very beautiful! I’ll be back with a longer stay for sure.

We had a lovely stay! I highly recommend Kelly’s place, it was comfortable with a wide veranda for porch sitting and people watching and 4 rockers to choose from while enjoying the day.

I’m all for historical homes and this one just topped the cake. To actually have fun, not worry about tvs and other things we enjoyed our time and relaxed after dance competitions. Highly recommend.

The property and house were stunning. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Everything about the home was comfortable. We enjoyed our mornings outside with coffee and feeding the horses. The property is stunning and quiet. Gail and Randy were kind and gave us riding lessons and a historical tour around the property. We will be back and we recommend the home! it's a gem!

Toan was helpful, and very pleasant. The process for check in/check out was easy. The home was very nice, and comfortable. It felt like home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet, and conveniently located close to shopping, and restaurants. Highly recommend, and would love to stay again.

The photos accurately reflected the lovely Bamboo Cottage. There was plenty of room for the entire family in the house and lots of space on the property for our little one to run around and explore. The pool table, ping pong table and corn hole game provided lots of fun for all of us when it was too rainy to go outside, and our granddaughter enjoyed playing with the toys in the living room. Heather responded immediately to our questions and the cottage was close to grocery stores, restaurants and the wedding venue. We enjoyed our mini vacation there very much!

very hommie love the stay

This was our second stay in a short period of time. It was nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed the space. Everyone commented on how peaceful and homey it felt. Overall great experience. Violet communicates very well and is very responsive. If you are visiting RVA this is a great place to stay.

Home was easy to find with plenty of parking. Perfect size for our three generation group of six. Fenced backyard with deck and grill were great for our unexpected afternoon/evening with no plans. Multiple bathrooms, while small were major factor in choosing this home. Will definitely keep this place in mind when next grandchild graduates in three years.

I had such a good time at Jennifer’s place. It’s secluded and very private. It was big enough to fit my entire family. I will be back whenever I’m in that area!

Alexander was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. Check in was a breeze. This was located in a prime location. Tons to do within walking distance. Many excellent restaurants in the area. I highly recommend El Pope, Beauvine, Abi’s Books & Brews, and Little Mexico! The home was beautiful!!! Absolutely stunning in person. Very clean. Great amenities! It is a hidden gem! There’s tons to do if you want to drive as well. Very cute area. Well worth it!! Thank you!!
