Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Amelia County

Our family of 5, with 3 young children, enjoyed our stay very much! The home was a little hard to find, thanks to GPS taking us in a weird circle for a few minutes, but once we found it, no problems! The open floor plan on the main level was welcoming and practical. They even had some toys! The kitchen was stocked well (bring your own particular ware if you have littles!). Beds were very comfortable, with floor space for air mattresses. We even appreciated the black out curtains! Overall, a wonderful stay. We hope to return!

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

We LOVED Lacey’s place. It was so cute, it was clean, and it was in a great location. As someone passionate about interior design, I was obsessed with this home. Adorable and comfortable. Lacey was super communicative and kind. Would stay again!

This home and this neighborhood is old and completely charming. Walking inside through the front door just feels good— everything is tastefully furnished and decorated with just the right touch of modern amenities. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Truly well done and a big thank you to our hosts! Blair was so responsive and helpful. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay here again.

An amazing place to stay in the Fan district, walkable to so many great places. Extremely responsive host, great communication and even anticipates needs. She generously had bottled water delivered when the city of Richmond was under a boil water advisory while we were there. The house is a lovely with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice outdoor space as well. Would def stay again!

Clean home, safe quiet neighborhood, wonderful back yard to relax very peaceful. Had everything you can possibly need. Huge kitchen. Close to restaurants and planet fitness right down the street. Any question I had the host (Elizabeth) responded right away, very kind. We loved our stay. Thank you!

The property and house were stunning. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Everything about the home was comfortable. We enjoyed our mornings outside with coffee and feeding the horses. The property is stunning and quiet. Gail and Randy were kind and gave us riding lessons and a historical tour around the property. We will be back and we recommend the home! it's a gem!

We loved the property and our kids enjoyed exploring it too. The beds were comfy, the appliances were top notch, and Nicole thought of all the little things (chargers, toiletries, loads of kitchen tools, plenty of throw blankets and pillows, even snacks!) - everything added up to make her an exceptionally thoughtful host!

Sadly, my husband and I didn’t have the chance to stay here because of water issues, but Patricia arranged a hotel for us. We planned to stay here the night of our wedding. We were bummed we couldn’t stay here, but the hotel was wonderful. We had an issue with payment and the hotel ended up charging us but Patricia promptly sent us the money back via “Venmö” The hotel was also more expensive and they covered the additional cost which was very kind. Hopefully the next time we are in the area we can stay with them! Overall amazing hosts and went above and beyond.

A beautiful home with a lively yard to enjoy. We felt comfortable from the minute we walked in. Lovely neighborhood of parks and beautiful older homes. Not a central location but an easy drive to museums and shopping districts.

We stayed for a volleyball tournament. We were able to get there by walking in under 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The canal walk is close and there is a playground across the street.

I highly recommend Mary as a host and her beautiful cottage. I will definitely stay here again if I travel this way. She is a wonderful person and her place is immaculately clean, well equipped and peaceful.

I had a great time staying here, Shaniesha was very responsive and proactive in making sure I had all the information I needed to make my check in very easy. the airbnb was very comfortable and clean, plenty of stores and places to eat within a short walking distance. a very short and easy drive to most places in downtown Richmond. This listing made me look forward to visiting Richmond more often this summer.

We enjoyed our stay in Manchester very much! We had fun exploring the area, but it was also very close and convenient to downtown Richmond. The house is a nice size, and parking was easy. The mattresses were also very comfortable! Overall, a great stay.

Sue was such a welcoming host! Everything was exactly as pictured and described, and she was very helpful with sharing all the info I’d need before checking in and during my stay. Plus she left out a water bowl and treats for my dog, Mabel, to welcome her - the attention to detail was very sweet and appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We were in town for a family wedding and wanted a peaceful place to stay where our dogs could get some exercise. Luke was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed the trails with our dogs. The cabin had everything we needed but kept the rustic charm. I enjoyed watching the horses in the pasture from the back screened in porch. We will definitely return when visiting family again.

We were in Farmville for our daughter's graduation from Longwood! It was a perfect place for us, with lots of room. We will be reaching out again when our youngest daughter graduates too! Would definitely recommend!!

Much needed peaceful, private getaway!! Fun unique setting. Nice newly updated bathroom and kitchen were a great addition to the otherwise rustic ambience.

We had a lovely stay and created wonderful memories with our friends and family at this beautiful log cabin. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a remote getaway that is still easy access to Richmond, which has plenty to do. Our favorite was waking up and looking at the 3 horses, taking walks down to the river, and our kids playing together in the playroom, which has all the toys a kid could ever want. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic and peaceful time at Krystal's Pine Ridge Cabin. It was in a beautiful setting with all the amenities appropriate for a cabin in the woods. We even saw a deer while there. We would love to go back sometime.

Looked forward to getting back there each night. Can't wait to come back.

Janice was great, the place was very peaceful and remote but still easy to get to a store if need be. we stayed 3 nights, we never left other than walking the dirt road on the farm.
