Monthly Rentals in Amelia City

We loved our stay! The view from the room was incredible and the beach area never seemed too crowded. The place had everything we needed and even additional things which was a plus. We only had a minor issue with the AC but Karen was quick to respond and we got it fixed quickly! Would stay again!

The property was clean and had a unique, rustic charm that gave it a distinct vibe. Everything was as described, and the host’s warmth made the stay enjoyable. We’d give it 5 stars for the hospitality and cleanliness!

It was nice to meet and talk with our host, Jane. She was very responsive and willing to help in any way. It was very obvious she takes great care in the place she offers. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The neighborhood is quiet, and we had peaceful rest. There are many things to do on the island and our host provided great information in that respect. Gayle was a perfect hostess! Her place was perfect for our stay on Amelia Island and I would definitely go back. It was private, quiet, and oh so clean. She thought of everything and the little extras really made the difference. This place was awesome and really exceeded my expectations!
