Despite the pleasant feeling of nature and undisturbed location, you are about 4 kilometers away from Lindvallen's city center with everything from a new shopping area, ski slopes and adventure pools to hotels, shops and restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped with 10 beds spread over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with space for 10 people. The cottage is beautifully located next to the Klarälven river. In the surrounding area, there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. A five-minute drive will take you to a small swimming pond with its own beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort, it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski trails, it is an hour's drive. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was built in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the property.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and gaze out over Klarälven, which flows just behind the cottage, or why not grill a sausage over the fireplace that is at the back of the cottage. Here you are close to swimming, fishing, hiking and skiing. In 20 minutes, you reach Branäs and in 50 minutes, Långberget.
