Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

The cottage is beautifully located next to the Klarälven river. In the surrounding area, there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. A five-minute drive will take you to a small swimming pond with its own beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort, it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski trails, it is an hour's drive. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was built in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the property.

Beautiful holiday cottage for a maximum of 4 people, a stone's throw from road 62 and the river Klarälven. The Branäs ski and leisure centre is approx. 20 km away. You can catch salmon and pike in the river. The fishing and swimming area by the river is a 5-minute walk away. There are several lakes for fishing and swimming in the surrounding area. A fishing licence can be purchased at the nearby Tempo department stores'.
