House vacation rentals in Amberg-Sulzbach

It could hardly be better! I was wondering why the place isn't booked months in advance. Great location, wonderful apartment and even better hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time!

For our activities with 3-year-old daughter, to spend a few nights with Robert, it was just the thing. For 1-2 days, we could also walk/hike the surrounding area. We needed about 20 minutes on foot to the nearest smaller grocery store. A day trip to Cheb was also included and highly recommended. The rest of the time at warmer temperatures we could relax by the pool. Or the garden was a dream to linger. Thank you so much .. Regards, Scheibner family

I knew this was going to be a unique experience stayed in a historic home, but I didn't realize how comfortable and relaxing it would be. The home is so quiet and has all the modern conveniences integrated in a subtle way such that it does not ruin the ambience. Carmen and her daughter Melissa were so welcoming and hospitable. They not only helped us find good places to eat and experience nature, but they helped us find our ancestors in the local villages. This is next level hospitality. My only regret is that I didn't stay here longer!

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

We will be happy to come back. The entire place was VERY clean, the hosts super friendly and the location quiet but still within 10 minutes of the subway.

We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

Christian was a great host and we had a great time at the house. Communication went smoothly and the house is really well equipped.

We had a great time in the vacation home Fernblick, it had enough space, everything you needed and the view into the distance was simply unbeatable! Hiking trails pass directly by the house and there is plenty of nature and beautiful places to discover in the surrounding area. Communication with Sabine was always warm & helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Bernd's apartment is ideal for exploring the surrounding area from there. We took 3 city tours and were in Nuremberg, Bamberg and Rothenburg. For us, it was perfect to live a little outside and quietly and yet to reach everything quite quickly. The apartment was very clean and we found everything as described. Thank you for it.

Better as in the pictures. Very welcoming and easy to find. Quiet and peaceful. We found it perfect for kids & dogs. There are a lot of toys for both inside and outside, the forrest is right behind, there are no cars to disturb you. Very well equipped also inside, a highchair, baby beds, child cutlery and much more. Miriam was available for support or questions! Thank you

We had a wonderful family weekend with 6 adults and 4 children in the house. We liked the house very much in terms of the layout and furnishings. There was everything we needed - especially 2 large tables in the living room and on the terrace where we could eat together. Really well suited for larger groups. We also liked the proximity to the forest, the natural lake and the park with beautiful play facilities for all ages. We highly recommend the place.

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

We had a very nice short vacation with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the nearby area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen are easy and quick to reach from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with a lot of natural wood furniture. A nice change is the gander Gustav, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you wish. In the village, there is a good restaurant and in the surrounding villages, you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

We (2 adults, 2 children) felt very welcome and comfortable in Barbara's little paradise for a week. A beautifully restored, well-equipped and charming cottage, quietly located on the edge of the forest. For the little ones there was a sandbox, a swing and a "bathtub", so we could also just make ourselves comfortable in the deck chair... The contact with Barbara and Günter was really nice and there were also helpful tips for excursions in the area. We'd love to come back to paradise next to hell (adjacent nature reserve)

We stayed at Jens' place for 4 nights. Everything was very straightforward and the apartment was very convenient for three families because there is plenty of space. Grilling also went very well. All in all a nice time!

High-quality furnished accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Juliane provided us with very good information and was always easily accessible.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly appointed. The café next door is a particular highlight – Carmen even opens for Airbnb guests outside regular hours. At check-in there was a short delay, which she sweetened for us with two free ice cream cups. The next morning she gave us cappuccino and cake with the words: “You have already paid enough for the accommodation.“ This warmth runs through the entire stay. The lovingly designed guest book contains all the important information – from doctors to leisure tips. The rabbits on the farm are a nice touch. We were particularly impressed that Carmen actively asked for feedback on departure to further improve her service. This attitude absolutely speaks to the fact that she is a passionate hostess and wants to make sure everyone has a great time. Insider tip: Email Carmen before booking ;)

The time at Jörg's was wonderful and we enjoyed everything very much: the great and lovingly furnished house, the beautiful garden, the excursion and play opportunities, the nice neighbors and much more. Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. So not so suitable for two couples. In the living room, there is also a single bed. Lovely quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything is perfect :) Next year again!

We visited for the second time this year. A perfect location for a weekend away from the stressful everyday life! Herbert and family were super helpful. The homemade schnapps and honey are also a highlight ;-)

We enjoyed it very much, the house is very cozy, spacious and beautifully renovated. The garden is great and our children and we felt very comfortable! We will be happy to come back sometime!
