We offer a comfortable, independent, single-story cottage of nearly 90 m², with a hot tub and magnificent views of the Champsaur Valley. The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

The Asprion Cocoon

Le Cocon Asprions welcomes you in the small village of Aspres-les-Corps, 960 m above sea level in the Hautes-Alpes between Grenoble and Gap near the RN85 (Route Napoléon), at the entrance to the Valgaudemar valley, one of the famous valleys of the Écrins National Park. 70 m2 of softness await you in this renovated accommodation, on the ground floor and 1st floor of our village house. This tastefully furnished cocoon has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as it is enjoyable.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-story, recent and unique cottage was built with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glazed opening on the mountains without any opposite, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild VALGAUDEMAR valley in the HAUTES-ALPES. The small house

Fully renovated and newly equipped cottage, located in a hamlet 15 minutes from the resorts. Tranquility and nature guaranteed. Linens and towels are not provided. Optional, upon request. Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and features a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a Jacuzzi area, and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Japanese-style-inspired interior decor brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.

Cabin with private Jacuzzi

Comfortable cabin in the heart of Trièves, an hour from Grenoble and Gap. Come and enjoy a private outdoor Jacuzzi covered on the terrace with stunning views of the mountains. In order to rest and enjoy a sweet escape for two, the cabin has a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and dry toilet as well as a dining area with microwave and refrigerator.

Jojo's Sheepfold

A village house, this former sheepfold has been completely renovated to offer you a peaceful oasis. The small inner courtyard is common to the main house, uninhabited, except if I come for maintenance. Enjoy its large terrace for napping! And the nearby pool to cool off in the summer. A skylight offers mountain views while you take your shower!

YaKa Gîte & Spa, a gem in a national park

Ideally located in the Parc des Écrins, quiet and surrounded by nature. YAKA enjoy the spring water, the azure sky and your private jacuzzi available all year round (€40 for a 1.5-hour session for 2 to be booked on site). In a 6000 m2 park surrounded by mountains and close to hiking trails and four ski resorts in winter.
