The flat, well exposed and sunny, is located next to the ski run"Clotes", on the 3rd floor of the apartment block "Neve B", in a quiet area 5 minutes from the village centre and direct access to the ski slope. Accommodates up to 5 people. It is composed of: bedroom with two beds arranged as a double bed or two single beds, small bedroom with single bed and office desk, large dining room with sofa bed for two people, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace overlooking the run.

Dal balcone si gode di una bella vista su Oulx vecchia e sulle montagne. Gli ospiti potranno utilizzare il garage privato e coperto, comodo per l'attrezzatura sportiva.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Il “Vecchio Abete” è un appartamento-monolocale completamente ristrutturato e nuovo, decorato con cura e amore perché questa è la casa di famiglia. In un pianoro molto bello dove si trovano bar e ristorantii e dove alcune scuole sci si radunano prima della partenza. . Da qui parte la seggiovia principale per arrivare in cima alle montagne. Un punto di partenza fantastico per le vs avventure sul comprensorio di 400 km della Via Lattea fino a Montgenevre in Francia.
