Prachtig appartement, heel ruim en schoon. Alles is aanwezig. Lekker eten om de hoek. Grote supermarkt en het treinstation op loopafstand. Met de trein naar Lissabon was geen probleem, alleen wel eerst een soort OV kaart regelen. Zijn met een Uber naar Sintra geweest, was zeer de moeite waard. Wij kunnen iedereen dit fijne appartement aanraden.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado e bem espaçoso, próximo ao Centro Comercial Vasco da Gama, supermercado, restaurantes, farmácia, isso tudo a pé, o que foi ótimo. Tudo dentro do apartamento é espetacular! Uma vista incrível, de não cansar de admirar. Anfitriões são incríveis, super atenciosos, educados e a buscar a melhor experiência para os hóspedes. Me senti em casa, voltaria com certeza! The apartment is very well located and spacious, close to the Vasco da Gama Shopping Center, supermarket, restaurants, and pharmacy, all within walking distance, which was great. Everything inside the apartment is spectacular! An incredible view, you never get tired of admiring it. The hosts are incredible, super attentive, polite, and looking for the best experience for their guests. I felt at home, I would definitely come back!

Daniel was an amazing host with a gorgeous apartment He could not have been more helpful giving us lots of information about the area, restaurants and advising us that UBER was the best way to get around which proved very successful for us We had a problem with the taxi driver from the airport who tried to rip us off and Daniel was there to sort out the correct fare which really helped us. He responded very quickly to a question we had so it was a great experience

Maria was the best host and offered exceptional hospitality during check-in with an infant. The place was walking distance to a nearby center with food and 20 minutes from the main center that home was clean and beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Luciana is a lovely host, the apartment was super clean and modern. It was only myself and my husband so a we bit pricey for just us two, but there are 2 bedrooms & bathrooms so if shared with another couple the price is perfect. We used Uber & Bolt each morning to go to the city centre and was very reasonably priced. Thank you Luciana we had a wonderful time in Lisbon!

Visiting Lisbon by car? Look no further because this is where you want to stay. Sérgio was waiting for us in front of the building and gave us a quick, thorough and enthusiastic tour of the building, the apartment and its surroundings . It is clear that he puts a lot of care into his property and wants nothing less than for you to enjoy it to the fullest. There are two metro lines nearby that take you to the city centre in about 30 minutes. A small price to pay for the joy of entering a quiet neighbourhood and apartment when you return. Highly recommended if you visit Lisbon!

This beautiful penthouse property was more than just a luxurious place for me to stay during my May 2025 visit to Cascais. It was my home away from home, and our warm and attentive hostess made it so. Our penthouse apartment was lovingly maintained, comfortable, and situated in walking distance to everything we wanted to be close to. For us, it was less than a ten minute stroll to beaches, transportation, ocean front restaurants, and the old city center. There is even a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away should traveling to one of the best coastal towns in all of Portugal to do your own cooking sound perfect to you. But, I expect that with all of the great dining options in and around town and this apartment, and with world class dining in Lisbon being only a thirty minute or so train ride away, you will end up just shopping for a great bottle of Portuguese wine to sip on the comfortable and spacious terrace that overlooks the ocean in this very fine accommodation.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

Un très grand plaisir d’avoir séjourné deux nuits à Canto da Rocha Guesthouse ! 🤗 Nous avons été super bien accueillis dès les premiers échanges jusqu’à notre arrivée sur place, par les hôtes très chaleureux et attentionnés. L’appartement était vraiment très beau, agréable, et parfaitement conforme aux photos du site. Tout était propre, bien pensé, et on sent que les hôtes ont à cœur de bien recevoir ! Lilly is an extraordinary person and clearly, the best AirBnB host we’ve ever had. She made our stay in her beautiful, comfortable home one we will always cherish. From our initial booking, we had an engaged dialogue on our travel and lifestyle preferences. From this, Lilly sent a most resourceful list of recommendations. When we arrived, she picked us up at the airport(!). Her home, in the heart of the vibrant Alfama area, did not disappoint in any way. Everything in the listing is there and more. Lilly further enhanced our Lisbon visit with her expert, informative and engaging Tea Ceremony. She also took us to the beautiful coast of Portugal for a gorgeous ocean sunset––close to the furthest western point of continental Europe. The final day of our stay was also my birthday. That afternoon, she cooked us a delicious celebratory lunch of fresh fish, potatoes and homemade Tiramisu! We cannot thank Lilly, or recommend staying with her, enough.

Nossa estadia foi excelente! As fotos mostram muito bem como é o apartamento. Sala ampla e arejada, cozinha completa, quartos muito confortáveis e decoração acolhedora. Nos sentimos em casa. Além disso, a proximidade do apartamento com a estação de metrô nos ajudou muito.

We had a fabulous stay at Barbara's place. The apartment was beautiful with stunning views from the bedrooms. The spiral staircase added an old world charm. Bárbara was extremely helpful, responsive and thoughtful in all her communication. Would highly recommend this accommodation and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Bárbara.

Had a wonderful vacation at Rose’s place! Enjoyed the pool and location. Rose responded immediately when we had questions. I would visit again if I ever am ever back in Lisbon.

Prez est un excellent hôte. Il a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le logement et nous donné une multitude de recommandations locales et touristiques. Nous avons aussi adoré la piscine pour les journée chaude. Tranquille avec beaucoup de chaise et très refraichissante Un peu plus éloigné du centre mais seulement à 20 min à pied de l’arrêt des bus touristique. Je recommande à tous !

We stayed 11 days with our kids. Age 9.6.4.1. The baby was in our room with the crib and the 3 in the other bedroom. Worked out great. Large entertainment room. The kids loved the Lego (I’m sure it will be found by future guests in random spots). We loved walking from our place to the coast. Close to good grocery stores. Lots of park days. Pool was amazing. Great for my 1 year old to scoot around the shallow part.

Excellent apartment, host and location! From the time we booked Natasha was responsive and helpful. She left very clear instructions and lots of recommendations. The apartment was in a very nice area easily walkable to the center of the city in less than 10 minutes. There was a beautiful view of the castle from the patio and my children loved the pool which was very well maintained. It was very child friendly in general including toys, books, and kitchenware for children. Thanks for a great stay!

João and Raquel were great hosts! The apartment was super nice and the checkin and checkout process was easy.

This was a great spot for a first visit to both Cascais & Portugal. Everything was walkable, but peaceful. Downtown Cascais (25 min walk) is pretty, but busy even in late May so (boring that I am) I was glad to be farther away. The winner was the green view from the balcony every morning with coffee. The swing chair was a big hit with the teenage kids. The other winner is the ocean side walk nearby...straight to Cascais or minutes to Giua cafes & restaurants which offer some extraordinary outdoor eating venues ($$). Also Cafe Ophelia nearby was sweet. The green space out back & the pool will no doubt work well for younger kids. Maria was a very friendly & engaged host. Tip: Lidl grocery store is an easy 8 min walk & carries a surprising array of good quality, cheap fresh baked breads & sweet pastries.

Un apartamento con mucha luz, en una zona muy tranquila. Ideal para pasar unos días, descansar y cargar pilas. La comunicación con Rafa fue estupenda, resolviendo nuestras dudas al momento. Alojamiento muy recomendable incluso para familias con niños pequeños.
