Huset har ett stort badrum med badkar/dush på övervåningen och en mindre toalett på nedre plan. I köket finns tvättmaskin och en mindre diskmaskin. På sommaren finns uteplats i den lummiga trädgården som har söderläge och badar i sol när vädret är rätt. Det är gratis att parkera på gatan precis utanför huset.

Walking distance to Älvsjö International Fairs. Lovely surroundings, 5 min from the Älvsjö forest which is a nature reserve with fireplaces, trails, workout spaces. 10 minute walk to Älvsjö torg with shops, restaurant, cafés and the commuter train that will take you to Stockholm city in 9 minutes.
