There is a washing machine as well as toilet & shower. On the terrace outside the cottage, there are tables & chairs 🙌 The property consists of two cottages: a fully-equipped cottage with a 180 cm double bed & a 130 cm sofa bed & another small cottage next door with two 90 cm beds (this one has no running water 💦) Please note: This home is not suitable for families with children under 10 years of age!

In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge that has a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Cozy brewery right next to the sea

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice brewing house of about 30 sqm with sleeping loft (low ceiling height) 3 beds and sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. Lillstugan has two comfortable beds. Good equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is amazing with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sunbathing, or to borrow our two canoes, single kayaks for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy good dinner, barbecue and at the same time watch the sun go down.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The Brewery in Sund

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Brors Stuga

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Watch the sun rise from the ocean right from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to the forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski tracks in winter time. 45 min to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken during the summer. The house was renovated in 2022 and is in great condition. The views are magical.

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
